Car Care Express

I had bought myself a muscle car last month and wanted to get the oil changed. Also check the fluid level in the rear end. When I pulled up to the door in my blown 1970 Prostreet Camaro they were all smiles!! The car sits a little low. It would have taken me some time to jack it up and use jack stands to make it safe. With their pit system they have easy access to the undercarriage. I asked if they could look for fluid leaks and anything that might cause problems or safety issues. With a lower front end, 18 inch wide back tires and a wheelie bar setup I would have to spend a lot of money & time raising the car up. I asked the man in the pit if he could see anything that didn't look right or might cause problems. He looked at everything from the front to the back for me and didn't see anything I needed to worry about. I brought my own filter and fluids. For the service and piece of mind I got I would have paid more than what they charged. Once I pulled in and got out of my car it looked like I had a pit crew working on it. It's been awhile since I'v bye had service like this. I recommend this business and I will be back. The best part was seeing the smiles when I pulled in. Then the bigger ones when I rattled the windows when I left!! It's a gear head thing!!

Always friendly, usually in under 2 minutes, and out in 10 to 15or so as well. I never even have to get out of my car at all now! They have coupons and a key punch rewards for free oil changes. Great place to go!

can always trust these guys to do it right. got an alignment done this afternoon and couldn't pick it up until I was on my lunch break (kinda put em on a time crunch lol). the guy who was helping me (I didn't get his name directly but I believe it was Jake) told me he didn't have a chance to drive it around and to drop back by if it pulled in any direction which I really appreciated. didn't get a chance to drive it on a highway until after they had closed for the evening but what do you know, straight as an arrow! thanks guys above and beyond service as always

These guys are absolutely the BEST! They never suggest anything that doesn’t need doing. I have trusted them for years and they’ve never let me down. It’s wonderful to have this kind of care! Totally and without reservation recommend them!!

We ordered a set of four tires, when they arrived a few days later CCE called me to let me know they were in. When I asked about scheduling a time, the reply was "No just come in when it works for you and we'll take care of it"
Two days later I pulled in unannounced for my new tires, and was in and out in 35 minutes. Fastest set of four tires I've ever had replaced. None of that "Just leave your car here half the day" or "Here spend money in our store while you wait 4 hours.

What a great place. Wednesday had my oil changed in & out! Very quick,very professional! Thursday I whipped in to see if they could rotate my tires! Again very professional, polite, quick! Ottawa Kansas this place is awesome!!

Took my Toyota CHR to Car Care Express today for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out within twenty minutes!! My first time there and was VERY impressed!! All of the employees were super friendly and didn’t try to sell me extra services (huge bonus!) I’ll be recommending this business to everyone. Thank you to technician Logan Aden for all of the information prior to coming in. Logan’s price quote was right on track.

Had a sudden valve stem collapse, and the tire was going flat quick..Got me in immediately, fixed it, in and out in 20 minutes. Awesome service!!!!!

I can NOT say enough good things about this place and the gentlemen who work there! They signaled us to drive in, grabbed our information at the window, told us what the total would be. Changed our oil while we stayed in the vehicle and had us out in 8 minutes flat! Such a cool experience! Highly recommended

These guys are always awesome, been going here for almost 2 years now, and have never had a problem. Always super friendly, fair prices, and the job is done well. The technicians were fantastic! They were all professional and polite. The technicians explained everything beforehand, including an additional charge for removing a skid plate to change the oil. They offered to change the air filter but was not pushy about it. Great work all around. Hopefully, the owners will give these guys some kind of Christmas bonus.
