AT&T Store

Had to make a few changes to our phone account today. Chris was amazingly helpful and patient and took care of everything for us. Great attitude and personality. Best experience I have had in one of their locations. Took his time to ensure everything was 100% correct. Highly recommend.

I brought in a new iPhone 14 pro that was not activated. It required seeing my ID to get the transaction done. The manager took care of the entire matter and less than five minutes. I am very happy with my service

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Christian was patient and professional and helped me obtain the additional line I needed. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.

Kyle and Brian were wonderful to work with. They managed to seamlessly transfer 6 lines from another carrier and made the entire process feel effortless. They were very professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Absolutely outstanding customer service - will recommend to everyone who wants to switch to such a reliable service provider! Had a great customer experience today with Ruben at this location! It was fast, friendly, efficient, and they even stayed a little late to make sure everything was working properly!

Just walked out the door and the manager, Brian was so impressive, knowledgeable, efficient and effective I felt compelled to immediately write this review. He calmly assisted multiple customers but never left any of us feeling abandoned. Incredibly nice guy.
Hopefully upper management knows what they have and goes above and beyond for him as he does for AT&T.
Refreshing to walk out of the store and have all of my issues that phone-in customer service, and two other locations couldn’t be bothered to fix or
understand for the past 6-7 months resolved. Kudos Brian! I will spread the word - retail needs more Brian’s!

Ruben is a Great Rep for AT&T . We explained one of our phones was stolen and we received a new one which needed to be activated. Without hesitation he sat us down and activated, restored the data. The entire staff at this store was Super friendly and treated us with RESPECT. Ruben also made small talk to see if we can save money. After a short visit i told him i was a veteran he said i hit gold.. Saved me more money. If you are looking for friendly staff who take the time with each customer this is a store to visit. I’m a trucker and was here at our terminal during Christmas break. I lost my phone and I gotta tell for someone on the road 24/7 weeks and months at a time losing your phone is like losing your connection to, well everything?

Brian and Kyle and the other young man (didn’t catch his name) but thief were all very friendly and helpful. I made Brian earn his pay because I had no info to help him with couldn’t remember any of my passwords but I did it. Those guys are great!!!!!!! Thank you very much

Worked with Kyle today, and he was extremely patient and helpful. I had difficultly getting the shipping labels from AT&T for my trade-ins. He found the issues and solved it for us. Not only that, but he packed the phones individually and labeled them for us to ship!

This is the best experience I have had with AT&T in-store staff. Mika was very thorough when explaining my options, but not so thorough that I felt like she was reading from a script or just reciting the "terms and conditions". Brian was also helpful and both were friendly, and patient with my questions and indecisiveness. I left feeling informed and that I made a good choice with my new phone and plan. Don't go anywhere else, this is the best service when it comes to AT&T

Richard was great! Went in to see my upgrade options, explained what my choices were and came out with a new phone. Made my whole process easy. And was a cool dude the whole time I was there. Totally recommend him!

Ask for Ruben! He is amazing!! I didn’t know which phone I wanted and he was so helpful! He brought the phone I was considering out to my car to show me how compatible they were. He was truly a genuine guy and so helpful without being pushy at all!!

Brian/James was so incredibly helpful. We went in to switch our service provider and get new phones on a family plan. He was wonderful to work with, give that man a raise!

The staff was very helpful, and able to get me switched over from Verizon quickly. I immediately had much better service and was over all pleasantly surprised with how smooth and easy it was.

I cannot thank James (aka Brian F.) enough for his help! He is beyond incredible and his customer service is top notch. While helping my parents transfer to new phones, he heard my recent experience with my previous carrier of 20 years. Next thing you know, he's saved all of my photos from my phone that was actively shutting down, which my carrier wouldn't help with. Before we left I had gotten my entire family new phones, and we're now on the family plan with my parents. We're all saving money, the coverage is fantastic and I can't say enough about the customer service!!!

To get the promotion I had to return to the store to trade in other phones and I was not let down by anyone there. Mika, Angel, Stephen and Ruben were beyond helpful too- thank you doesn't quite cover it!!

I had such an amazing experience at this store and had the pleasure of working with Brannon specifically. I went in not looking for anything in particular and after debating so much, I finally decided to make the decision to switch from my previous provider whom I had been for 11 years. Brannon was very helpful in answering my questions and also very genuine and not to mention super knowledgeable in every aspect. I am so happy I was able to switch providers with not worrying if I had made the right decision. I am so happy to join AT&T As I was treated so kindly by him. I will continue to be going to this location and specifically working with him.

Mika and Kassandra are 10/10 honestly they were so patient, helpful, kind. We bought samsung watches and there was am issue with the number syncing for my husbands phone to watch and mika stayed patient the entire time and helped us through it all and kassandra was also a big help. We really appreciate the customer service we received!
