Best Western Heritage Inn

My friends and I stayed at this property over the weekend and we enjoyed our stay. Our first room was nice but very warm. We did have staff come look at the A/C unit and it worked for a little bit and then lost the cool air. In the morning, we asked to have the unit looked at again and they gave us another room. And that made a huge difference! The rooms are standard. No thrills but you will have a good night sleep. It is an older hotel but for the price , it worked for our budget and you can't beat the City Cafe!!

The City Cafe is part of the hotel and the food is good! They offer everything! And the desserts are fantastic!

The BW Heritage Inn has the best staff! They are always smiling and do everything they can to rectify any issue. No hesitation. They are very kind people and this is one of the reasons we choose to stay at this property.

We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very clean and inviting.

When visiting Chattanooga, we will definitely stay with the Best Western Heritage Inn.

Room 234. Very cool room after a hot day of travel. Great in hotel cafe, City Diner. Water was nice and hot. Perfect for a 2 night stay while visiting family. The pool looked a little cloudy but it had rained ALOT before and during our stay. Great place to stay!

We only stayed here one night but it was a nice visit. The staff (on the phone and in person) were so very kind and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. I had my large dog with me which was also nice that there’s no breed or weight restriction and the pet fee was nominal in comparison to most other places.

Stayed here for one night with the three beds it was a nice room Jimmy upfront was super friendly and was very helpful. The restaurant is good food kinda pricey but over all it was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Best rooms I have stayed in a while you have a dinner that’s open 24 hours and the food is amazing the service was the best and the over all cleaning was amazing spelt like lavender which was very pleasant

I stay here frequently. The staff is awesome. Rooms are clean. If an issue does arise they handle it quickly and efficiently. I travel a lot and have tried many of the hotels in this area. For the price, location and service this is a great deal. The attached diner (City Cafe) is a bonus.

I'm giving it 5 stars because there wasn't anything major wrong. They do have you pay a deposit and is refunded once you check out. The room could definitely use a face lift kind of dingy. But for some what cheap it did what we needed which was a place to rest our heads. Now the shower sucked but whatever we only stayed for a night.

Amazing location!!! The new management staff are very nice and friendly!!!! Cafe is nice!! They are renovating nicely!! Great new owners! Can’t wait to see this place after renovation.😇

If you're expecting a luxury hotel, it's not here, but I had a very clean room and the front desk person was friendly. Now this hotel didn't have a free breakfast, but that's because there is a full service restaurant in the hotel (City Cafe), which was very good.

Room could’ve used a little maintenance here and there but overall a good stay. The customer service was very good which I believe is very important.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff, clean room! This will be our go yo when in Chattanooga. And the restaurant was awesome!

This was the first time I've been to Chattanooga and I was so impressed with the people. They were so friendly and the Cafe inside the hotel was awesome as well, they had great food and service

This was a necessary stop since my truck, once again, broke down. However, I am so glad to have stayed here. The location is great with a cafe right next door.

The room was quiet and clean as a whistle with the bed nice and soft.

The manager is a prince, friendly, ploite and understanding.

I definitely recommend this place if you nood a great place to spend the night.

For $163 for 2 nights it was worth it. We were only 19 mins away from the riverfront n 9 mins from little debbie park. The pool was closed! No free breakfast!

Best stay we had so far compare to any motels around.

The woman at the front desk was nice and very helpful. The bed was comfortable, I like that it was 4 pillows instead of just 2. For being off the highway, it was not as loud in the room as you would expect it to be. The shower was much cleaner and nicer that most hotel showers I have used. On our way out we met the woman in charge of housekeeping who was also incredibly pleasant and made us feel welcome! Overall a great experience at this hotel! 😊
