My husband and I have been a patient for a little bit over a year. We have enjoyed exceptional service from Dr. Natalie Erskine, General Dentist, and Misty, the hygienist.
However, our recent visit of March 2024 was extremely welcoming. The front desk personnel, Shara and Amanda, elevated the experience with their friendly and warm personalities. They immediately set the tone for a great experience with their engaging greeting and handling of the reception desk. For some, going to the dentist causes anxiety but I guarantee if you give Diadem Family Dental a try, you will have a pleasant experience with exceptional customer service.

I truly look forward to returning! Warm reception staff who advocates for their patients, the doctor was extremely thorough. They also have an affordable plan for those who don't have dental insurance. Lord's willing I will see them in 6 months! Lord bless and keep this business.

Always a pleasant experience starting with receptionists, Shana and Amanda. Both are warm and friendly which makes the environment inviting. I almost fell asleep while Lizzy was cleaning my teeth. Lastly, Dr. Natalie Erskine finished the visit with a good report as usual.

I love the service provided! Excellent care received. My husband is a veteran and is very fearful of the dentist, especially extractions. He would always request general anesthesia for extractions due to his fear. Today he overcame that fear because of the excellent care received by Dr Natalie Erskine who provided adequate local anesthesia and laughing has. She was awesome, patient and procedure was painless.

Atmosphere was nice,Misty was very helpful explaining the procedure that was performed, everyone was nice,and I didn't had to wait no more than 10 mns.for my name to be called. Dr.Erskine came in and introduced herself to me and we talked about different treatments for me,i felt very comfortable with her.The ladies at the front desk was awesome.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist no matter where I go. I met Dr. Erskine for the first time today. She was so kind. Her and her staff all made me feel so comfortable and I can’t thank them enough. Even though they’re out of network, I don’t mind paying a little extra for a dentist that makes me feel comfortable.

Dr.Erskine is not only very professional and explains everything so well, but she is also caring and makes you feel comfortable! Her staff is very welcoming and kind as well! 10 out of 10!!

I recently got an implant at Diadem Family Dental. I was absolutely afraid to get the implant, but to my surprise, I felt no pain at all. In addition to that, Dr. Erskine let me know everything that she was doing throughout the entire procedure. I got the implant at 3 and I was playing pickleball at 6.🏓😁
I highly recommend this practice.

As I told Dr. Erskine at the end of the treatment, this was the most in-depth dental visit I’ve ever had. I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a while now, and after some deep googling I found Diadem Family Dental. I received a super thorough cleaning, and a detailed breakdown of all that appeared in my X-rays and pictures. Everyone on staff was welcoming and cordial. From the time I entered to the time I left, I felt totally at ease. Thank you to everyone at Diadem for making this transition so smooth!

I left my other dentist that I had been going to for almost 10 years because they changed owners and the practice went downhill. I was nervous about finding a good dentist but now am so glad I found Dr. Erskine and Diadem because the care I received from them was top notch. I felt comfortable immediately upon meeting the dental hygienist, and Dr. Erskine took great care of my teeth. Highly recommend and already set up an appt for my husband!

Had my first visit at Diadem today (after fleeing another practice with an awful impersonal, "assembly line" vibe). Dr. Erskine and her staff are the opposite of that in every way. Welcoming, friendly, and professional, the Diadem team makes you feel as if you truly matter and your dental health is absolutely their priority. Dr. Erskine herself couldn't be more personable, and the care she provides is meticulous, thorough, and clearly explained. I'm SO glad I believed their other good reviews and chose Diadem Dental!

In the past 2 weeks I was able to be seen for a cleaning and screening and was in need of a root canal. Post moving, health challenge, during Covid, and post graduation it was hard to prioritize my teeth so I needed a root canal. Dr. Erskine did not make me feel bad for the state of me teeth. I came in with a problem pain. She found the cause and planned to best utilize my time and resource. From the cleaning to the root canal Dr. Erskine and staff were friendly, professional, accommodating and understanding. She and her staff would explain everything in detail or call, text or email to clarify insurance and make sure I was comfortable. The pain was minimal and I love picking out the music while receiving my service. Such a professional and personable team I cant recommend them enough. I wish I had always had a dentist like her growing up. 🫶🏾❤
