Leilani's on the Beach

Beautiful location and the food was amazing!! The best food we’ve had all week for sure. We got the fish tacos and fish & chips. OH and you need to get the hula pie. it was unreal!! Wish I could eat here every night but it’s a little pricey hahaha. Overall we loved it!!

Hands down the absolute best meal i have ever had at a restaurant. We had the seafood hot pot. I cant say enough about it. It was the best. Amazing service. Friendly, helpful staff and beautiful views.

Great service. Delicious food. I had the seafood hot pot even though other reviews said it was too salty. I thought it was perfect - all the different types of seafood were cooked perfectly; not an easy task. My husband had the prime rib, also cooked perfectly. We splurged on the hula pie, which was over the top decadent.

Good food and very nice service. The salads we ordered were excellent with what seemed to us locally made salad dressing. Very good. The server provided me with intelligent advice on my choice of beer. I was pleasantly surprised. The MaiTai's were great too!The place was a bit noisy for me, but others might find it energizing!

Leilani's is a very popular restaurant on the water in Whaler's village. There are not many plant based options on the menu, but the chef made us a custom pasta dish that was incredible. The manager and staff were excellent and you can't beat the view. After dinner we watched a perfect sunset!

What else could you ask for. The only thing that was forgotten was us sending compliments to the chef.
We ordered the Parmesan Crusted, and Herb Roasted fish dishes. Finished off with a slice of the Hula Pie.
Definitely stop by if you are in the area. Reservations recommended.

There are lots of fish tacos on Maui, but none as good as Leilani’s. We’ve been coming here for more than 20 years and the quality is always so good. It’s really like 2 restaurants—one more formal upstairs and one more casual downstairs. We like to sit on the patio under the main restaurant that has more casual food. You have a beautiful view of the beach. They often have music that makes every visit festive. The staff is so very nice and helpful. And don’t even get me started the Mai Tais! This trip, we had the calamari, fish tacos, hurricane ahi bowl, the bento box, and fries. Everything was perfection. Do yourself a favor and don’t miss this hotspot!

This was the perfect place for a sunset dinner. The food was delicious, freshly caught too! Definitely recommend the mango margarita.

Beautiful location to enjoy your meals at Whalers Village. Whalers village is a tourist place for a good shopping too. Food is very good here and we loved the view of the beach . Evening there was a musical show too and had a good time.

One of my favorite restaurants in Hawaii! The sunset view from here is just breath-taking. And the food was delicious!

Our waitress was very nice and friendly. It's crazy that we traveled to Hawaii all the way from New York, and it just so happens that the waitress had attended the same high-school as me! What a coincidence!

We shared the Macadamia Nut Hummus for appetizer and it was so delicious that we finished it in a hurry because we couldn't have enough of it! It came with a side of taro chips that went perfectly with the hummus.

I ordered the Snapper from their Special menu. It was just amazing! It came with a coconut purple molokai sweet potato mash and a yellow curry emulsion that was just super delicious combined with the fish. I would order that dish again if they offered it on their regular menu!

This is a restaurant that I highly recommend visiting. Be sure to make reservations around sunset time!

Hawaiian poke bowl... OMG, SO GOOD! Relaxing atmosphere, breezy beach view. Great lunch spot.

Aloha spirit is rampant here. We came for an anniversary dinner, and Tyrene took phenomenal care of us. I tried the mai tai, which was very good and came in a really fun glass. We were there for sunset, and it is a spectacular view from nearly every seat in the restaurant. Had the ceviche And it came with tortilla chips on the side and guacamole on top and was fantastic. For main courses, we had the herb prepared fish, and the chicken and ribs. Added coconut shrimp as a main add-on and that was a smart move. At the end of dinner we had the Kimos original hula pie made famous in Lāhainā, and oh my gosh it was incredible. You will not be disappointed with whatever you order here.

The fish in the Basil Herb Glaze was the best I have ever tasted . Our waiter knew what he was talking about. The view was perfect.

Went here for my birthday dinner and got right in with a reservation. Beautiful sunset spot. Jared was our server and he was amazing! Very attentive, great recommendations and so friendly. We tried the calamari, famous crab cakes, salad, rib and chicken plate and ended the meal with a slice of Hula pie. So good! Great place for celebrating anniversaries and birthdays

I recently enjoyed the delightful return of the chicken sandwich to the menu. Its flavorful blend of crispy chicken and savory toppings made it a standout. Coupled with the wonderful view and impeccable service, it's an experience I hope they continue to offer.

Great service and atmosphere! Loved their Lava Flow drink. Ate the pulled pork sandwich- delicious with a small kick of spicy.

Was skeptical of how the food will be given they are located in a very touristy spot. We got the bento box and it was fantastico!! Some may feel there’s a little bit of premium attached to the price, but I felt it was worth it ($27 for bento box at time of writing). Everything in the bento were perfect.

Great on the beach location provides very good fish tacos, burgers and hula pie! Lava flow cocktail had no shortage of rum!!

A truly great restaurant in every way. Excellent food, impeccable service, and awesome views to match. We loved it and will definitely be back!

My filet mignon was cooked to perfection, medium rare. Cattle ranching is big here and you'll definitely want to try some beef while in Maui if you're okay with eating it.
