Teralani Sailing Adventures

We had SO much fun on our snorkeling adventure! The crew (Pierce, Anna, Bryce, and Captain Sam), the food, and the whole experience was amazing!! We had a great timing hanging out on the boat and swimming with the fishes and turtles! Highly recommend for families, couples, or even if you’re riding solo! You won’t regret it. :)

Sam/Nicko/Katie/Bryce were THE BEST crew on 7/21/24 we could have ever dreamt of- really made the whole experience. Request them, they were really something incredible!!!! Nicko ensured we had the ability to dive with turtles. Sam also afforded us the opportunity to see dolphins!

My family and I did the Teralani Sunset Dinner sail, which it was on our last night of a 7 day trip. It was nothing short of a perfect ending to our trip. Captain Sam and his crew were outstanding! So incredibly fun, safe, educational and super interactive, ALL the crew members. Capt Sam let my son steer for a bit which made it even more special. Niko was a fantastic host and so hospitable! Cocktails were delicious and always kept them coming! Food was A+ and just an overall great experience if you’re looking for a delightful evening! Mahalo Teralani!!

This is a great company and I highly recommend choosing them for a snorkel trip. We’ve been out with them a number of times in the past and they’re great every time. This last time we went out on Captain Tiffany’s boat, but had this snorkel trip scheduled for the morning of the day that a storm was coming through so safe spots for snorkeling were limited, but they made sure we found a safe spot. Still though, the under current was somewhat strong, but the crew made sure to keep us safe and kept an eye on everyone and were in the water ready to help anyone who needed it. The lunch they made us on the way back was delicious too and so were the drinks. It was still a great experience despite the weather!

We were upgraded to the Premium Snorkelling Experience because there was not enough booking in the one we booked for the same day we wanted to do snorkeling. Which was great because we had other plans for the rest of our vacation.
The crew was great, Captain Patrick's dad jokes got us giggling. The rest of the crew were serving us, making sure of safety, and ensuring that the boat is sailing properly all at the same time. When I started feeling queasy on the way back they were checking on me quite often.

The crew allowed me to use my prescription goggles but they provide the gears: diving mask, snorkel, flippers and floating devices. They also have some boards you can use to let you just float around.

The continental breakfast was decent, not too heavy because bear in mind, you are going snorkelling and it isn't advisable to swim on a very full stomach. The lunch was decent as well. I was quite impressed with the pasta salad and my cousin was glad they offered beyond meat burger. And of course, if you are an adult with legal drinking age, then you'll enjoy some good cocktails while sunbathing on the way back.

I highly recommend going with Teralani to snorkel. I wish we had more hours though because I really enjoyed the snorkeling time and I felt I wanted another hour. It can get quite mesmerizing when you are in the water and you don't realize that time has flown so much.

This adventure was worth every penny for our family. I was so excited to go see the dolphins that I didn't realize drinks and food were part of the deal. Jordan, Bryce, and Patrick were all kind, knowledgeable, and clearly enjoyed sharing their love of the ocean, boating, and dolphins. This is one adventure we'll be recommending to all our friends when they come here

We did the “Premier Snorkel Sail” on Teralani 3 and it was wonderful. Breakfast and lunch were served with an open bar; everything was delicious. The crew is super attentive and professional. Not crowded and very safe. The only thing I recommend is going by car and leaving it in the parking lot, because there is a bit of long walk depending on the hotel you are at. Golf carts would be nice to transport the guests.

Excellent sunset experience and amazingly priced. One of the better things is that it leaves from the beach and returns to the beach so you don’t have to do a lot of driving to get to the location. They aren’t skimpy on the food and beverages and all the appetizers were delicious. Saving the best for last And the captain were outstanding, very friendly and excited to be there enjoying the evening with you. The boat was also exceptionally clean. My favorite part was when they took an opportunity to put the sails up. For those that might get a little bit seasickness, this is an excellent sunset tour because he was able to keep us in calm waters for the meal.

Wow. We had so much fun on the Teralani snorkeling cruise! We saw sea turtles and an octopus and so many different types of marine life, it was really a magical experience! The staff was so much fun and really knowledgeable about the area and took the time to make sure everyone on the boat felt comfortable entering the water. And not to mention the food! They fired up the grill and had burgers and grilled chicken and a delicious salad buffet ready as we came out of the water. Nothing like a cocktail as you cruise along the coast. Also, there is a photographer on board to take pictures of you and your family both in and out of the water!!
Shout out to our captain and crew for making it such a special day, regaling us with stories about island life and taking the time to give recommendations about other island adventures!! Thanks Tanner, Freddy, Patrick and Pierce for showing us the ropes. 10/10 would recommend. We may even go back for the sunset sail!

Our family had the BEST time on our dolphin cruise yesterday! It was quite honestly the highlight of our trip. We saw so many dolphins almost as soon as the trip started! And the crew really made the trip, they were so attentive the entire time and made everything go so smoothly. My husband and I brought our 4 year old and almost 2 year old with us and we were never made to feel that our kids weren’t welcome, even when they weren’t behaving perfectly. Captain Sam even let our 4 y/o sit in the captain’s chair and check everything out. Lastly, I can’t forget to mention the food which was amazing and tasted so good or the unlimited drinks (including alcoholic drinks) that were included in the ticket price. Well worth the money! We can’t wait to come back and try one of Teralani’s other cruises.

My boyfriend and I recently embarked on the Sunset Dinner Cruise with Teralani Sailing Adventures, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! Our experience was made exceptional by the incredible crew members: Captain Tanner, along with Sammy and Talea. Their dedication to ensuring everyone had a fantastic and safe time was evident throughout the journey.

From the moment we stepped aboard, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The crew's attention to detail was impressive, ensuring that every aspect of the cruise exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for all guests.

The food served was delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Captain Tanner even ensured that we had the best seats to witness the breathtaking sunset, making it a truly unforgettable moment.

Had the most amazing day whale watching! Captain Patrick, Anna, and Jameson were fabulous hosts. They were all so kind, attentive, and an absolute wealth of knowledge. Have been on other whale watches in the past, but this was the best by far. Can not thank the crew enough for the spectacular day on the water.

The crew was kind, courteous, and helpful. The boat was well maintained. Food and drinks on board were timed perfectly and really hit the spot! It was awesome to see how welcoming the crew was for people of all ages, shapes and sizes and swimming abilities. I would encourage everyone to try snorkeling with these professionals. Thanks to Bryce, Anna, Greg and Captain Tanner I will forever remember swimming with the turtles as a fond and fun-filled memory! Thanks again guys!

We went on the Teralani 3 sailboat and Captain Tiff and her crew were AMAZING. They all were very helpful, hospitable, informative, knowledgeable, kind and I felt very safe, comfortable and confident in them. The snorkeling spot was phenomenal. Wasn’t too far (I get sea sick), so many turtles, even saw dolphins and for my first time, it was the most magical experience. I will be bringing my kids back to do it soon, it was that great and well done!

From booking the reservation, checking in and the actual staff and service on the tour was all amazing. We have been going on Teralani’s sunset cruise for years! They are always wonderful and always explain everything before and at the end regarding safety.

We loved our tour with Teralani! They gave us a beautiful, scenic boat ride out to where we would snorkel. Along the way they pointed out whales and the crew - Nico, Kelly, Megan - was all so friendly! Once we arrived at the water, it was crystal clear blue! We snorkelled and saw tons of fish, coral reef, and turtles while they prepared a bbq lunch (burgers, chicken, hot dogs, salad, chips, and pasta salad) with cocktails and drinks ready for us when we came out of the water. Overall a beautiful day with a great crew!

We LOVED our experience with Teralani. We booked a dolphin excursion and had an amazing experience from the moment we stepped on the boat, to the moment we got off! Cleanliness, friendliness, fun, hospitality, 10/10
service. We saw the dolphins within the first hour, had a delicious lunch and then went for a sail. Julia and Freddie were awesome. Julia had tons of dolphin knowledge and answered any questions we had, while Freddie made sure we felt safe and always made sure we were having a good time. He checked on us for drinks, or if we needed anything. Tanner was the captain of the boat and also provided the jams for the cruise! Still regretting not getting the playlist. From island vibes, classic rock, pop and country.
We’ll definitely be booking again when we come back! Thank you crew for an incredible trip! *For parents: Wee brought our little one, 3 months to be exact. The dolphin excursion is great for all ages. They also have a photographer on board to take your picture and capture the moment.

Exceptional value, wonderful staff, delicious drinks, awesome location!!! I was shocked to discover that it was possible to get a dinner cruise at this price in Maui. And then to discover that the customer service on board was exceptional as well as the amazing and hilarious captain that kept the awesome island tunes coming while you enjoyed the sunset views. They offered a few of the local flavors in terms of drinks and food items and there was plenty to eat and drink. The boat was exceptionally clean and I think one of the most wonderful things about it is I didn’t have to drive to take this tour. I just walked off the beautiful shore of Kaanapali - it was beautiful to be able to see the backside of black rock and also very beautifully hard opening to see the shores of Lahaina as she goes through her stages of healing. Thank you to the whole staff of Teralani sailing for an exceptional adventure. This one is more about the people and they have got aloha dialed in.

Incredible sunset cruise! The food and drinks were delicious. Plated meals made to order. Captain Sam and crew were so on top of it. Not crowded and clean bathrooms.
