Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Conference Center

We have been staying here for decades. Love the service and proximity to everything. We used this for blue arena also adding parking fee I'm thinking people were taking advantage of the situation but our awesome customer service representative helped us out. Will always come back

Upon our 5 pm arrival we were greeted by a cheerful faced Jessica. Jessica asked me for my membership number(which I forgot) to attach to my reservation. Our handicapped room was not yet cleaned, but Jessica was so accommodating and kind. Traveling with family of 6 total, 2 kids and a non ambulatory mother in law, Jessica could read the anguish on my face and made appropriate accommodations for us. She was so understanding, supportive and kind and got us into an available room right away. She was above and beyond, her customer service is what is needed at the front desk !!!!! The first face seen to set the mood of the stay.
Breakfast was very good. I couldn’t give enough tips at the omelette and pancake bar. Love them! The ladies that clear off the tables were all so kind and sweet.
Mountain bar/Resturant bartender was very funny and interactive.
Housekeeping staff sweet and kind. We went through so many towels, but they smiled and exchanged without judgement.
Upon discharge Eric and his staff (Jessica was going to work the later shift) again at the front desk assisted with our final process with kindness, smiled and even a wave. So thankful. I will always look for an Embassy suit for my future travels.

Amazing staff!
We were stuck in snow storm road closure and go into the hotel at 3:30am. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and quick to get us into our room. Cocktail hour was great very friendly bar tenders! Our daughter enjoyed the pool area with friends. We will be returning again!!!

Embassy Suites is always our first choice. We had an exceptional front desk experience provided by Kaylee, Noel, and Blake. We arrived late, added a room, needed a change of room, and we were attended immediately and with courtesy! The breakfast options are plentiful and tasty. I highly recommend this Embassy suites.

I have stayed at the Embassy Suites Loveland many times over the years. It is always first rate. Jessica at the front desk is awesome. She took care of some unexpected issues I had on this trip and she did it with a smile and genuine care for me as a guest. Definitely stay if in the area and if Jessica is at the desk you will be well taken care of.

The place certainly deserves a great review. The staff works hard on making sure folks are treated well. The room was clean and enough towels for us all. We understand how many places cut back on all supplies for guests but not here. Here they understand how important you are as a guest. That matters! Thanks Embassy Suites.

Our organization, Qualified Listeners, recently held our 5th Annual Vet Connect event for veterans and their families which is where we've held all our events. We have always had exceptional service from the staff, wonderful event room accommodations, catering, parking, and all other amenities. Lou Ann Hoehne and Allison Siegel are wonderful to work with and we appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to our every detail. The people working at the hotel were so accommodating. We had a few things come up during our stay and they made sure we were taken care of. They really care and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect! The morning breakfast was really good as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Embassy Suites hosted a company function for us and the facilities and staff were absolutely wonderful! The events team was a pleasure to work with and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Tamika and Sydney were spectacular! We will continue to host event here at the Embassy Suites.

I have always been a fan of the Embassy Suites hotel chain, and this stay reaffirmed my fondness for these properties! I can almost always find some nitpicky item that could be changed or improved at a hotel, but this property checks all the boxes from any reasonable viewpoint. For me, what matters most is the hospitality of the staff - and I have nothing but positive things to say about they are performance! In particular, Sarah did a really nice job of answering my questions and going out of her way to ensure I had a comfortable, pleasant stay. I will definitely return when I have the chance!

Excellent room, basically an apartment. I could live in this place. The breakfast was great as well.

My company recently held our annual convention at this hotel. The sleeping rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of items to pick from. The sales team, front desk staff, all the entire hotel team that were behind the scenes were extremely pleasant and were there when I needed them. Our organized meals were appealing, and I can honestly say very tasty. Rooms were set up as instructed and when I had additional request from speakers it was no problem at all. Everyone was professional, patient and truly a joy to work with. I am looking forward to our 2024 event at this location.

The entire staff there was outstanding! Constance at the front desk was kind and efficient checking us in, the kids loved the pool, Manager’s reception was delicious and such a treat… we had dinner in the Grill and everything there was brilliant; recommend the crispy brussel sprouts, and their pizzas! The breakfast was brilliant too, everyone was pleased and full for the next part of our adventure. Many thanks to all the staff in Loveland!!

Corporate event location: fantastic service from the beginning to the end! Very professional and easy to work with. They helped with every need. I would highly recommend.

Great experience. Convenient Tesla charging station located in the parking lot. Only downside is they lock the side doors at midnight and you have to walk all away around to the front. That's probably okay when the weather is above 20 degrees.

Nice rooms. Staff is nice. Restaurant food is, eh.

The only reason i rate thus so high is because of ryan. He Has been the only to treat me like a normal person. Regardless of my sexual preferences. I wish I could give him more but I've already tipped 100. He doesn't know who am and I'll probably keep tipping. Idk the right words but he doesn't judge anyone. He treats everyone the same and in my opinion he deserves a raise. He clearly understands the importance of the clients and also knows his limitations. Definitely manager material if he wants different cities you should allow his growth. He is a one of a kind man

Close to the blue arena, 10 minute walk. The food was amazing. The chili was my favorite part. We are at the bar. The bar tenders are great.

We were here for a Northern Colorado volleyball tournament great place to stay and use it as a base of operations. It's an embassy suites that's been remodeled so it has everything you need.

Friendly staff. Always helpful for anything. A bit far from Denver with baby who needs to nap mid day, but a great price and nice place.
