Duke Health Center at Roxboro Street

Doctor Tost at the Duke Center for Eating Disorders is the most wonderful doctor I have ever worked with. She's prompt, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone whether they're struggling with and ED or not. Dr. Trost was the first doctor to ever listen to me and take me seriously and she's absolutely changed my life.
She also works at Duke Student Services and I'm so jealous of the students at Duke. They have access to the best physician in the world.

Had a great experience here this morning and wanted to specifically call out Karen Mize in Phlebotomy for her technique. I'm a frequent blood donor and honestly did not feel a THING during her blood draw today. Karen is awesome!

This definitely doesnt have anything to do with the center workers themselves, but rather Duke's policy of cramming appointments into such small slots that if anyone goes over their slot, then everyone else end up waiting longer (more than an hour as I did twice in the recent past). They seem to place no value on the patients time (you will be rescheduled if you are over 20 min late....but if we are late...well tough luck). Just another symptom of the "profit at all cost" mantra.

The doctors are fenominal! The people checking you in and making Appointments are discusting! Talk abput rude! I called for a new patient appointment, by mistaked called Duke St and she was able to skedual, however I was transferred to the appointment line for roxboro st when we realized I was calling the wrong facility. This lady going to say she can not skedual because insurance has to be tranfered first? What? Seemed like she didn't want to be at work.
