Awesome staff! My son had to be seen after falling and getting hurt. My son is Autistic and has a hard time as it is at the doctors, especially new ones. They were very understanding and helped out with his x-ray. Dr. Sean Wilson was his doctor, he was very kind and caring. We had a great experience!

I got sent to this location by my Pcp with a very unique condition. I was worried about the outcome. Dr Lau listened very carefully and reviewed my medical condition. Came up with a treatment plan. With Hollis as my Physical Therapist, this team has me back to functioning again.

I haven't been here since Dr Riboh left. But I can say that the nurses, receptionist and doctors are great. The facility is always clean also.

They seem to know their stuff, extremely high-end facility, interested in engaged staff.
I came in with a complicated high ankle sprain and fracture, which they diagnosed, and treated. It took a few trips, and a little more time than I was expecting, but in the end it was the best possible outcome.

My doctor didn’t care about my condition at all and was rushing to get me out of there so she could go home.

I arrived about 45 minutes before closing with a high level of pain and the doctor basically told me to deal with it and she would refer me to see another doctor in 2 weeks.

I asked if I could take Tylenol and she told me it wouldn’t help - instead of suggesting things to try, She didn’t give any suggestions on what might help and basically shooed me out the door.

Everyone I encountered besides the actual doctor was nice, but they also had an air of rushing about.

I was told by Duke Operator it’s a walk in clinic for orthopedic care. When I checked in they said wait time would about 45 min. After 1 hr 10min I asked for an update and they said it would be another hour of wait. The place is too busy to provide quality care. I don’t recommend
