They have great deals and the help from their team members is amazing! They accommodate you, even look for the best deals, their knowledge on their products is amazing. You are greeted as soon as you walk in! What I loved the most is the way Emmanuel treated me and how he looked for the best deal for me! I am grateful 🙏

The phone associates are very knowledgeable and will set up a new phone purchase accurately. They'll even let you peel off the screen protector...LOL!! They ask all the right questions and get you up and running as quickly as possible.

This location is my favorite for tech supplies. They got me what I needed, every time. Getting their credit card was definitely worth it. Takes a lot of the weight of your wallet.

We had severe water damage and due to that situation, our appliances all went south and unfortunately the demolition folks literally trashed our entire bathrooms and kitchens accessories aswell. We originally went in not knowing what to expect and lost fearing we were bound to forget and have to return repeatedly, luckily a team member approached us and introduced us to David W. Who assisted so greatly that we were able to actually focus on everything we needed to bring our home back to par. My husband and I left there with great gratitude and extremely happy, that experience alone was phenomenal. He had patience, he sat there and spent the time to help us recollect all the items that were originally purchased and housed in those rooms and even though we didn't have the funds, he made us an account and printed us out a priced out list so that we can return when the funds are available. Thank you so much David for all your hard word and dedication to us!

Went in for one product. The sales rep was AWESOME!!! I never get great service like that anywhere!!

I have 3 phones with Verizon had trouble with one went to Verizon they blew me off went to Best buy fix for free A1 guess Verizon don't need my future business

If Best Buy sells it I buy it there !!
At most places I don't usually buy the store warranty but at Best Buy I always do.
It's cheap, fair and it gives you 2 years to get anything under warranty repaired or replaced If it gets replaced you can pay for a new warranty, on that item, for another 2 years starting over from that day ! It's a great deal

Staff is patient and helpful. An Arabic speaking staff helped me with my iPhone data transfer. Otherwise, it’d have been a disaster.

I ordered a tv on Amazon and picked it up at Best Buy and it was a seamless interaction. Very helpful associate loaded the tv into my car.

We purchased an HDTV from here via the online shopping app and picked it up at the standby parking area took less than 5 minutes it was great 👍🏽

In past 8 months have ordered a dishwasher (during first builder’s supply chain shortage) and a washing machine. To make sure I spoke to a person so I could ask a few questions about delivery and auxiliary items I would need to purchase, I researched online but used the Best Buy phone number. So easy, quick delivery, fantastic delivery and set up and take away service!!! On top of that we are very happy with the products. Thank you Best Buy - haven’t heard COViD excuses for supply OR customer service and that….is a breath of fresh air!

I got a ps5 with them, they were quick with their services and the ps5 worked just fine

Still a great store, It's great to see they have survived when Circuit City, Tweeter etc. and all the other ones have closed.

Had some good experience here. People here are friendly and normally they are fast on picking up or locating the items that you are searching for. You can find the hand sanitizer easily at the door and on the check out counter.

I met a young man named STEVEN. He helped pick out a great security camera. I had only planned on getting one. He did suggest an option I didn't think about. I did only purchase one camera however I picked out a system that would allow me to add more cameras in the future if I needed to. He was knowledgeable and well spoken. THANK YOU STEVEN!
