I also was struck by the fluidity and partnership in the working with the local bank, Northview. Both were polite with each other and workable.

Although I was unable to seal the deal with Rusty, this dealership needs a shout-out. My deal didn't close because of my end, not the dealers. The customer service I received though was outstanding, even willing to go the extra without any fanfare or guarantees on the buyers end. Even though I dropped the ball, Rusty never took it personal and was very congratulatory on the direction it went. That's unheard of in the car dealership world. I know the dealership by reputation, which is in a small town and it is fantastic. I would definitely make Sebald's my first and only choice if and when I am in the market for a new Ford.
