From the moment I sent a request for more information about the Winnebago Solis, I was treated with professionalism and honesty. All my questions were answered in a timely manner, from questions on financing to questions about the RV itself. Abby, the sales consultant, was helpful and to the point with what I had asked. I find this to be uncommon in today's world. Brandon, the sales manager, was more than willing to pick up the phone for any issues I had or any questions I had with the banks and the RV sales process. The pickup orientation was helpful for the few questions I did have; the technician was experienced and knew exactly what I was asking and what he was talking about.

Abby called me a few days after I left the dealer to see how my trip was going and if I had any questions pop up during my travels, and this made me feel confident in the dealer I had chosen. She reassured me that if I have any questions, she, along with the team, is always there for me.

I would recommend Lichtsinn RV to anyone!

I bought my Winnebago Revel 4x4 in September of 2023 from Lichtsinn Rv in Forrest City, Iowa.
6 months and 13 thousand miles later, it is all that I could have wanted and more. As a noob to RVing, I began my search a few months earlier and did research on Class B RVs. I watched many YouTube videos presented by Ron from Lichtsinn RVs and knew Lichtsinn Rv was the one to go with. The extremely detailed information they provided through their videos convinced me they knew their products better than anyone else period. Thank you RON for those videos. The buying process was easy navigating through their website to place my order. If I had questions, Hannah was there to answer them. The entire team at Lichtsinn RV was outstanding, professional, and knowledgeable. I didn’t mind one bit flying out to pick up my RV in Forest City Iowa. So many other dealerships were closer to me, but I wanted the best! Buying an RV at Lichtsinn RV was a great experience, a pleasure, enjoyable and stress free. I was picked up at the airport and stayed at the recommended hotel just 5 min walking distance to Lichtsinn RV. Even the hotel was great and the staff friendly and professional. The next morning Reed and his team greeted me and I did a complete walkthrough of my Winnebago Revel with Barry. After that, I signed and the keys were handed to me. It was quick and so painless. I was so happy, I even hugged them. The entire buying experience was excellent. Not rushed or pressured and with NO stress. I traveled from Long Island, New York to Forrest City Iowa because I knew I had to go with the best and most trusted Winnebago dealership. I am so glad I did. I still get emails from Reed asking to see if all is well and if I have questions. That is what I call great service for a new lifelong customer. As a New Yorker, you guys rock and have earned my respect and business for treating me like a valued customer.

This was my fourth purchase of a new RV over the past 20 years. It was far and away the absolute best experience of the lot. From my first phone contact with my sales consultant, Adam Brinkman, to my picking up the RV in Forest City, Iowa, I was treated as a most valuable customer, and that quality of service and support continues as I travel about the country in my new Winnebago 24D. Adam guided me through the process and was always available to address any questions or concerns that I had. He seemed fully committed to making sure everything went well for me and that I was satisfied with my experience there. Likewise, his colleague Kevin Breister worked with me on the purchase and payment details, and also helped me a great deal in working some complicated registration issues. Everyone I came in contact with at Lichtsinn throughout the process was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. I must say, I was reluctant at first to make such a major purchase via long distance phone calls and emails without actually visiting the dealership. However, in the end, it all worked out very well, and I left Lichtsinn as a very satisfied customer. I would recommend Lichtsinn, and Adam in particular, to any of my friends or family interested in purchasing an RV.

We had a very positive experience at Lichtsinn RV during our RV purchasing process. Our sales associate was Renae and she kept in touch with us during the entire process. She was fair, honest and dependable. The price was fair from the start. Renae sent us all the pictures we asked for! The orientation was very helpful with Jeremy. We purchased the Protect package and Rachel and her team were wonderful in applying the material to the outside and inside of the RV. Renae sent us live pictures of the Protect process as it was being applied. The dealership really made us feel like part of the family. We would not only buy from them again, but I am proud to be a Lichtsinn ambassador for Renae and the dealership!

We could sense immediately that Renae values long-term relationships over just making a sale. Renae kept her word, and fully delivers on all promises. We flew across the country to purchase our 2025 Winnebago Sprinter EKKO, because of the exceptional service Renae provided throughout the entire experience. We tried shopping and negotiating at a local RV dealership for a specific Winnebago Revel. They offered a very low trade-in value for our class B RV and the final price was unreasonably high in our opinion. We went back home and looked for a dealership we could work with locally and could not find one in our immediate region. We searched the internet and sent a query to Lichtsinn. We received a very quick response from Abby the next day and found her to be delightfully easy to talk with. We had been drooling over the Revel models since they first came out in 2017. We were most interested in the newest 2025 model. In a matter of an hour or so, Abby had worked out 2 separate very attractive deals on both the 2024 and 2025 models. After reading all the positive reviews of Lichtsinn and talking to Abby, we decided it was worth it to take a road trip all the way from Seattle, Washington to Forest City, Iowa. The process of finalizing the trade-in and taking ownership of the new Revel couldn't have been easier. I applaud Abby (sales) , Chris (RV orientation) , and Brandon (business office) for their great customer service. We're on day #5 of our return trip to Seattle and could not be more pleased with the whole experience and this amazing Winnebago product. We have already started telling friends and strangers to shop at Lichtsinn RV.

Wow, an amazing showroom and huge lots of hundreds of models.
The sales force was very helpful, friendly and professional. They took time to answer my questions and contacted their parts department for more information. They followed up with email.
Comprehensive parts department. They have everything!
Comfortable waiting area for those customers having service performed.
I was able to personally look at different models and see what is available and make decisions about what would meet my needs .
They have basic models, and a wide variety of configurations an options. The quality is amazing!
Highly recommended, well worth the trip and time spent.

Great customer service through and after the sale. Took a while to get our Ekkocello; but well worth the wait! Mike had our Ekko plugged in and heated when we went to pick it up so we could spend the night in it (and since they are closed on Sunday). Highly recommend!

Going to keep this short and simple. There is a reason there are hundreds of 5 star reviews here. The folks at Lichtsinn RV are great to work. Is the Lichtsinn experience for everyone. No. But for say 98% of folks it's a great way to buy your RV. It seems the only poeple complaining here are those who just did'nt listen and/or pay attention to the details of the purchase.

Order your unit set up exactly like you want it.
Great communication, training and orientation.
Cons:
Requires patients.
Requires travel.
Yes there is a bit of work involved but if you're not up for a little adventure you probably shouldn't be buying an RV.

Jordynn made the experience of buying our customized Winnebago Ekko, effortless. She truly welcomed us and treated us like family. I live in San Diego, CA but flew across the country to buy my Winnebago from Lichtsinn RV. From price, to service, to knowledge of the product, the staff at Lichtsinn RV blew away any other experience I've had with any other dealership. Gary picked us up from the airport and drove us to our hotel and left us with a company car. The next morning, Jeremy gave us a thorough walk-through of the RV, and Brandon helped us with all the paperwork. Reed oversaw the entire purchase back when we ordered all the way to delivery, keeping us updated along the way.

I love the fact that we were the first to use our RV and were able to break in the engine ourselves during our drive home. They had the RV prepped in their garage and I was very impressed with their attention to detail.

In today’s day and age there is so much information available for the consumer that it makes it significantly easier to separate the wheat from the chaff.

There are many reasons folks will drive 1,300 miles to purchase their RV from Lichtsinn RV. Their reputation presides them.

I tried to shop local, but my local dealer went as far to share with me there was no way they could get close to Lichtsinn’s price and suggested I go to Iowa😂

Every contact I had with Adam was on point and something about him put me at ease and I felt from the get that he was a man of integrity and someone I wanted to work with.

The handoff to Kevin was seamless and I felt the same way in my dealings with him as well.

When we took the same car they picked us up at the airport in Des Moines to HiVee to provision up, we were greeted at the door by the Dane and being a small town in Iowa he instantly identified why we were there😂. My wife and I joked that Dane must be a plant to help ensure we had a first class experience? Dane recommended we try the Pork Tenderloin Sandwich at the deli and it was a quintessential Iowan experience that is not to be missed!

Just when you thought the experience at Lichtsinn RV couldn’t possibly get any better…it did! Jermey our assigned service tech was amazing! I thought having owned 5 trailers previously there wasn’t much I didn’t know. Boy was i mistaken! Did you know the positive cable under the hood will disconnect from the manifold so you can easily jump the rig? Did you know the awning won’t deploy if the parking brake isn’t on? I could list a dozen more such useful tidbits that we learned during our very thorough overview! Seriously…Jermey is amazing!

Jermey walked us through the pro shop until the counter couldn’t hold any more of our bare necessities.

Upon check out, I can’t remember the gals name, but she asked if we’d be staying the night at the Lichtsinn Rv park? We said sadly we have to push on, she said no worries, but if you change your mind I just wanted to let you know that the pro shop is closed on Saturday but she’d be working so just knock on the door in the morning and she’d help us out with anything we might have missed.

My husband and I LOVE our new 2024 Winnebago EKKO 22A and could not imagine buying from anywhere but Lichtsinn RV! Our sales consultant, Renae Aukes, was warm, personable, and professional and made the entire experience fun and easy. We took advantage of camping in their lot the first night and they took care of our short list of minor issues quickly the following morning. The level of service we received from her, the service team, and everyone we interacted with made us customers for life!
