Update: I've been working out with Cherish and Eli for the past two months. Fantastic personal trainers and good facilities. The owners are continuously improving the experience. Love this place!

A wonderful gym with wonderful members and staff. Claudia has been my trainer for quite some time and has helped me reach goals that I once did not think were possible. The constant encouragement and guidance is beyond motivating. Goals are more than hitting a certain weight. Nothing compares to the self confidence and self pride that are gained. Watching everyone around you working so hard is motivating and inspiring. Stop by and check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

When I moved here 2 years ago, I was looking for a gym. Joining premier I feel like I gained a family environment! Seeing people workout here is amazing. Everyone is on top of their game! This place really challenges your inner beast! I recommend this gym to anyone who likes to get a good quality workout, at a very nice gym. You never have to wait to use the equipment either!

I came to Rockford on business for a week and needed a place to work out. After calling a few of the other local big box and small gyms and being told "no," Dan "yes." He worked out a fair payment deal to let me work out for the 4 days I was there. Thanks Dan! The gym itself is a cool place, pictures of various body builders and bikini competitors all over the walls. All the free weights you could need, some cardio (if your into that), and a few of the essential machines. Overall a very cool place and if I ever come back to Rockford, I will definitely be visiting Premier Fitness again.

I've been to a good amount of gyms in the area including charter fitness, peak, anytime fitness, and planet fitness. But Premier beats them all. No gym in the area has better equipment with resistent bands, chains, hammer strength, and dumbbells that go up to 200lbs. The owner and employees at premier are all very nice and professional. I have learned a lot from them by just being there. The atmosphere the owner has made at Premier is perfect. All of this for one of the cheapest memberships in town. If you are looking for gains, Premier is the place to be.

I can't say enough good things about this place! The team there, lead by Dan and Claudia, are truly some of the most wonderful and motivating people you will meet. They always do whatever they can to help you exceed your fitness goals. If you are looking to jumpstart your health goals for 2019 this is the best place to go.

Success..goal achievement...knowledge...friendships.. these are just a few of the things that have happened over the last year since I joined Premier Fitness and hired Daniel Stevens as my trainer. Its been a great year! I hired Dan to help me transform and build my physique and help me prepare to compete on stage.. Mission accomplished..I came home with some hardware! As I compare my pictures from Last Jan to this year I can see the transformation- just what I wanted!! I can see growth..Bigger shoulders, a wider back and a leaner body. Dan does so much more than tell you what weights to lift or how much cardio to do..he teaches you, answers questions and he will help you get the results you want! His nutritional guidance has been spot on for me and helped me build a leaner more muscular physique, No matter what your goal is..to be more fit, to lose weight, to learn how to train properly, to gain weight or to build muscle or prep for a show give Dan a call.. if you have the drive and determinaton- he has the plan for you! Thanks Daniel Stevens, looking forward to what 2013 has in store!!

I met with Luke and Dan great guys. Very down to earth. Dan the owner said it best. "Its a gym for everyone". Never too crowded and the staff is always available. Thanks for a great work out.

This is by far the best gym in town! Don't waste your time and money with the bigger and more expensive gyms. premier has the best equipment too, and the trainers are amazing!

Been a member for nearly a week and already enjoy it way more than anytime and planet. Just a different serious vibe going on here that makes you want to work harder than ever 👍👊💪💪👏👏👏

No nonsense.

This gym is as immaculately kept as you are going find anywhere. Clean, sharp, and professional looking at all times. Equipment is the same, mostly kept in "like new" condition. Very practical setup and suited to all levels of fitness, including serious fitness industry people. Friendly, but serious environment of people working on their fitness and not other distractions. Premier does a really good job of utilizing the space they have.
