If I could give more stars I would! My son has been there since he was 2, and he’s five now. My daughter is 2 and has been going there since she was three months.

I can’t say ENOUGH good about them. They are so kind, communicate on a regular basis with me, all the teachers know the children even if they aren’t in their class. You can tell they care for their kids they teach. I am so sad my son is going to be leaving (he’s going to kindergarten) because he has not only thrived socially but academically as well.

Thank you is not enough for them. They deserve everything.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My daughter has been going here for almost 3 years, and I’ve never had a single issue. My daughter can be difficult at times, but the teachers always find ways to work through her behaviors. When I found out I was pregnant, I was so scared to leave my daughter in care of someone else. But KinderCare proved to me that there are amazing people in the world who can love your children just as much as you do. Both of my children love coming here, as soon as they see their teachers in the morning they both run to them. And I constantly hear about Miss Mindy and how much my daughter loves her when we get home. Miss Pam and Miss Sue always make sure to keep me updated about their days, and if anything where to happen they notify me right away. My youngest has multiple allergies that they are so careful with as well! I also love getting pictures of my girls through out the day. I could go on and on about how much I love this place, but if you bring your babies here you’ll see why yourself!

When my son started attening KinderCare in August, I was very nervous because I was a stay at home mom with him for the first 15months of his life. This was going to be a HUGE change for us. The staff here made sure that we felt comfortable with the transition and have worked to mitigate any issues that have popped up along the way. What makes a good center is not the absence of problems or struggles, but how the staff work to find a solution. The staff do try their best to make sure my son is being taken care of, is growing, and becoming as successful as possible. My son is learning, growing, and becoming more resilient everyday.

All three of my kids came here for part-time care within these 4-5 years. I think my loyalty proves I like this school and I truly think the staffs are very good and attentive. Miss Pam the director, Miss Sue, Miss Mindy, Miss Missy, Miss Tracy...etc they are all wonderful teachers. Emails are always replied promptly. Also I really like the Kindercare app as it always provides me with daily info about my child and I can download his pictures for the day. I strongly recommend KinderCare East Riverside!

Being a first time mom, I had fears leaving my daughter in the daycare at 8 months old , but my experience at Kindercare e Riverside location has been phenomenal. They calmed my fears from day one and I couldn’t have put my daughter in a better place. She has blossomed in their care since then and she is almost 3 years old now. The atmosphere is neat and the teachers and members of staff genuinely care about the kids. I am grateful that my daughter is always in good hands in their care. I would recommend this center to anyone seeking to find child care for their kids. The center Director,Ms. Pam and her assistant, Ms. Sue perform an awesome job daily by making everyone feel important every day.

My family absolutely loves this Daycare!! We have 2 children one is in infants, one is in twos. We previously had went to a Daycare that was giving my son (<2 years old) problems almost on a daily basis. My son would scream when trying to verbalize his feelings and was not talking, he now is talking. He disliked going to daycare, he now loves it. He even tries to walk away from me without giving me a kiss just to give his teacher a hug. Point is here........ I feel like I can’t do enough for them (The Daycare). They are like family and they don’t even know it. I know they are well taken care of, and can go to work with a piece of mind. I love the fact throughout the day I get pictures and videos. Everything is on my phone I’m not sent home with daily slips of just what they were eating. I love this daycare and would recommend it to EVERY SINGLE PERSON!!

Love bringing my daughter to Kindercare Daycare. She been coming here since she was 1 years old. First thing I ask them if they accommodate to children with illness. Which my daughter has Sickle Cell disease. They said yes. I felt so much as ease knowing they accommodate for children with illness. The staffs and director are so nice, and loving. They greet my daughter and I every morning and evening. My daughter learning so much at this daycare she now 4 years old. I definitely recommend this daycare to anyone I see. They so understand with everything. They are my other home.

I joined to Kindercare almost 2 years ago. It has been such a rewarding experience. As a director I have received the support when needed from upper management, I am provided the resources necessary to provide a quality learning experience. The current teaching staff genuinely care about children. The pay and benefits are amazing. I love working for a company that loves me back.

My son and daughter went here!! BEST STAFF! Sweetest! They genuinely show so much love for these kiddos!

We have been with Kindercare for 2 years now and have had a great experience there! I feel this center is a great fit for my family’s needs and schedule!

My kids truly looks forward to seeing the personnel on a daily. Enjoy hearing them mimic the teaching you guys give. I'm loving it all.

My daughter enjoys the East Riverside KinderCare. We love Ms. Colleen and Ms. Alexis. Communication with teachers and staff has been positive and helpful. I would recommend this particular KinderCare to other parents. They also work with Y-Care if you need a subsidized price.

All KinderCares in Rockford are complete garbage.

If you don't care if your child is properly changed, face whipped, nose full of snot. Also Teachers yanking child's arm/yelling at during drop off. This is the place for you!

If you bring up a concern you are laughed at or it's brushed under the rug. You are considered a problem to them.

I don't have a single nice thing to say about Pam or Sue.

Pam changed for the worst once covid happend. She has laughed in my face (literally) as I was crying. I will never forget it.

Sue, I always got creepy vibes from her and I know I'm not the only one!

I will never apologize for being protective of my child.

Kindercare hires questionable people to watch your child or children.
Every employee that quits this company has nothing positive to say from The staff to management.

My son cried everytime I dropped him off, now that he is actually in a school he never has a problem going and LOVES school. Something happened here to make him not want to go so bad. There was a time I picked my son up and I saw one of the african american employees actually point her finger at a child yelling "go lay back down!" I thought was very uncalled for and unprofessional. I even called after leaving that day to report what I saw because I was so conserned, but they didn't seem to care. They don't watch the kids because my son was hit twice by another kid, I asked how can we prevent this since it's happened twice now, they got an attitude with me and said they do all they can. I don't even think they have cameras in the building/classrooms which is a must! I would never enroll any of my children here again.
