Lakeside Recreation Area

Lots of fun swimming and fishing. Great for families with young kids! The property is kept clean and maintained, and the people are nice. They may need to upgrade their power hookups for the campers in the near future. I, as well as a few others, had occasional issues with blown breakers.

Very nice b16 campsite and love the view. The cove was nice where kids can play in water and not have to worry about boats do to no wake zone. Boat was is across from us and it is a little busy all the time. Think they need to add one more ramp some where else to take some of the traffic off that ramp

Great camping area with access to good fishing. Pretty quiet, but there are train tracks nearby, if that bothers you. Restrooms are clean and well kept. Close to town if you need to make a trip to the store. We'll definitely be back.

Camping area was great. Mowed and neat. Bathrooms were clean untill people trashes it like pigs.

We really enjoyed our week here. After the first initial hiccups lol everything went great. We had great food and were spending time with a couple of our best friends in the whole world. We rode the jet sky, went swimming in the lake, played lots of games. RELAXED, ENJOYED EACH OTHERS COMPANY. PLAN ON DOING IT AGAIN VERY SOON. THANKS SHEILA AND KENNETH. LOVE Y'ALL.

Its very clean and for the most part quiet. Great place to fish! Loved the A area. Already been there memorial day weekend and father's day. Going back on the 4th of July.

Beautiful lakeside campsites with a few tucked into the woods. Would appreciate more campsites of parts of the woods dedicated to tent only camping

This place is a wonderful place to camp and take the family for water fun! The camp sites are always kept clean and a quiet place to stay. We have been several times and will go back many more!!

My family absolutely LOVES this spot for camping and day use! The camp host is lovely and the fishing is plentiful.

We really did have a wonderful time but had to leave a day early since our camper started leaking when that thunder storm can in. But yes we will be back.

It's so nice and peaceful.. Lake near by.. All the guest's here seem so friendly and helpful.. Nice dining restaurants just 15 min away.. Great stay.. Thank you

We love it here. Reserved spot right on lake. There's an electric box, water spout, restrooms (hole no flush), picnic tables and peninsula.

My favorite local spot to camp, service sucks out there though so if you plan on working ie returning emails, zoom meetings its a no go

Drove through, with my Mamma, to scope out future adventures. Very nice area! Beautiful views. Lots of tables, coolers, campsites, etc.

We had a blast here. Great place to spend the day or a week.

Nice place to camp and launch the boat. It does get very crowded on holidays during the spring and summer.
