John was great to talk with. He helped me pick out two wonderful shirts. Quality products and friendly services.

Pick up swimsuit shorts and some cologne. Very attentive staff providing service at the fitting rooms. Great selection of quality merchandise. The swimsuits in particular were reversible which made it a better bargain.

The Tommy Bahama clothing is always great! But the customer service personnel in Whalers Village was SUPER! In particular, John in customer service helped me and my wife pick out a special polo shirt for me. John is always smiling and cares for each customer. I also noticed that the other customer service folks in the store were super helpful working with other customers. But I was lucky to work with John.
A few days after buying my shirt, I happened to pass by John in the Whalers Village courtyard. He recognized me and said 'Hello' and 'Thanks again for coming by the store!' That was so great!

John is a great asset to the TB team!

We were on a 20-minute waitlist at a nearby restaurant, so I jetted into the store looking for a swimsuit and a pair of walking shorts. Stephanie showed me one of each; they both fit perfectly and I was in and out in record time! She really knows her merchandise and is super friendly!

We had a wonderful experience at Tommy Bahama in Whaler’s Village. Their sales persons, especially Jon, were over the top friendly, helpful and accommodating. After regretting not purchasing a men’s shirt, we returned the next day to the same excellent service and remembered us from the night before. Thank you Jon!!

I actually didn't go to this location on my latest trip to Maui but for some reason Google asked me to review the place so here we are. My wife thinks Google has me figured out and that I fit the demographic of the average Tommy Bahama patron so well (white, male, middle class, sunburned mainlander) that I must have gone to this location regardless of the actual facts surrounding my visit to this shopping mall. However! I did go to this location two years previously to pick up a shirt worthy of being worn to a wedding that I was attending (I forgot my shirt on the mainland). I found a really cool linen button down that seemed suitable to be worn to an island wedding. I still have it to this day and my wife says I look like Forest Gump when I wear it. Which is a nice way of saying that I look like a Faulknerian idiot man-child when I wear the shirt. Personally, I think she can piss off because the shirt is really cool looking and is super comfortable.

My sales associate MJ at Tommy Bahama in Whalers in Kaanapali was so helpful and was able to suggest different sizes and get the fit that was best for me.

First dinner in Hawaii and this place was perfect. Very warm and friendly service and great good. Thanks Gary & Chef Alan

We had dinner at Tommy Bahama and our waiter, Argus, was outstanding! He provided exceptional customer service and could not have been more friendly and attentive. The food is always good but when you go, ask for Argus and you will have a great experience!

The Marlin Bar has a great view to get drinks at and look out at the ocean. It's also located at a relatively peaceful part of Lahaina, which makes it a great place to perch and turn off for a second.

This was my first time buying clothes from Tommy Bahama. I'd fallen in love with a shirt at the beginning of my trip. However, it took me a week and a little of trying it on at different Tommy Bahamas to finally bite the bullet at Lahaina's. Jonathan was great and made the experience and excellent one.

I'll definitely be coming back to both the bar and the shop next time I'm here.

Tommy Bahama is a great quality product...and their staff in Maui Hawaii is something I wish we had in San Francisco where there is a lack of what TB offers...quality product, quality prices, high quality personal and quality services, great return policy...Best business in today's market.

While doesn't love Tommy Bahama? Great store and helpful employees. The quality of the items we purchased feel great to wear and we love adding TB brand items to our closets.

We always stop at every Tommy Bahama store around. Love the quality of clothing. Options are different at every location we have found. We never walk away empty handed.

The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy making for a very pleasant shopping experience.

Awesome store very helpful and when they didn't have the Mickey polo ordered it in and made sure to communicate when it arrived in time for my trip to Disneyland cant ask for more.

Very nice , stopped and talked with a sales representative he was very nice and told us somethings about the island. Very helpful we love Tommy Bahamas my husband owns a few.
