Have been shopping here since I was a kid. The owner and his kids are awesome and their employees are friendly, knowledgeable and always helping me find great shoes!!! They have a huge selection of shoes, purses & outerwear.

I love this store! They are always so fashion forward with their brands and shoes. For a country store, they have always delivered high marks in quality and design.

Have been buying my husbands safety work boots here for years and never had a problem with their service and products! The last pair of safety boots had a defect in them and which caused the stitching to fail! Contacted the store and they jumped into action, placed another pair on hold until we made it in store! Once we got there they switched out the defected pair for a new pair under their warranty! Great place, great range of shoes and super awesome service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOP LOCAL

I always come from out of town to get my shoes here. You get one on one help. All store associates are always friendly and very helpful.

Always shopped here ever since I was a kid. Haven't been here in long time looked all over town for shoes today and decided to stop in within 10 mins I had the shoes I wanted and was out the door. Staff was friendly and helpful and good prices.

If you need a pair of work boots this place is awesome! They have a huge selection and Bigfoot sizes (14w for me). I was helped immediately by a friendly worker who found the perfect pair of boots I needed. I highly recommend this shoe store!

It is a really nice place. The guy working there me did an awesome job on helping me pick out some really good work boots. I explained to him what I needed and he showed me the perfect boots to ensure good job proformance. By the way, boots I bought are made by Keen in the USA.

I was looking for a steel toe shoe that would be insulated yet lightweight for the upcoming winter months. Two phrases that typically don’t go together but a must for me due to a past ankle injury and the industry I work in. I knew from searching online beforehand and past shopping trips elsewhere that it was going to be a challenge before I even walked into the store. Or at least I thought it was going to be until I met Jenna. She was phenomenal! She took the time to listen to my needs and was extremely knowledgeable as to what Scioto Shoe Mart had to offer. She was able to find not one but two different shoes that were able to work for me. I left feeling like I made a friend and highly recommend asking for her if you stop in.

Very pleased with the customer service and advice I received from the gentleman that helped me. I came in thinking I needed to buy an expensive shoe with a lot of cushion to help my heel pain. Instead, he educated me on plantar fasciitis and sold me a pair of arch support inserts and a pair of sandals made by the same company. Two days later and I have less heel pain. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the great customer service and advice.

They have a great selection of shoes. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I can always find a nice deal on the clearance racks too. Scioto Shoe Mart is a diamond in the rough. Worth a visit.

Great selection on boots and shoes. Real-deal shoe store where they help you size and fit. Also Scott(owner) is a good person to chat with.

This store quite possibly has the best customer service in town. It also has a wonderful selection for shoes and now many other items. I bought every Christmas present in this one store and the gifts were really appreciated! There is also a great family feeling to this shop.

Got a pair of Sanitas on clearance for $75 and some new insoles for tennis shoes. Service was excellent!

I highly recommend Scioto She Mart.. My wife and I came here once and the service won us over.. I bought a very high end pair of boot from another company.. Came in to see if they could stretch them a little.. The man at the store looked at them and said very nice pair of boots.. He then talked with me about the boots and ask if he could put a different type of insole insert in them, so I let him and what a night and day difference that make.. So I spent more money then I thought for the insoles insert but it was worth it.. They are very comfortable to wear now..
