I went in to see if they would clean my jewelry. I wasn't buying and they still treated me like I was welcome. Great staff 👍 They are by far my top favorite Kay Jewelers! They didn't hesitate and were very friendly.

The environment is so welcoming everyone is so sweet and helpful, Kari is the absolute best!! So kind and loves to help and do the most!! Every time I come in she’s always there right away and gets exactly what I need fast and efficient!!

Kari does a wonderful job everytime my husband and I go to Kay's Jewelers in Sterling IL. She is always willing to help with a smile and she gives her customers her undivided attention. I like that she doesn't make you feel like you're an inconvenience. No matter how busy the store is she makes you feel like you are the only customer in the store.
