I have never had a bad experience with Aaron's, and this experience was great just like always. I ordered a mattress set and had it delivered. The employees I dealt with at the store were very nice and helpful, and so were the delivery men. The delivery men Adam and Corey were polite and fast. When Adam arrived at my home he introduced himself and waited a safe distance from my door until he was invited in, he professionally and nicely asked me where I wanted my mattress and gave me a run down of how they would set it up which I appreciated
They assembled the bed and had us make sure it was exactly where we wanted it before leaving. The great workers at Aaron's is what always keeps me coming back!!

I’ve been a customer since 2006 and I have always received excellent service. Yesterday I had a stove delivered and Mitch and Kreg were very respectful and courteous. My new account manager Nathan was very respectful and when I called him Monday to tell him I needed a new stove he had one out to me Wednesday along with all the paperwork and everything. I didn’t even have to leave my house. Thank you Scot for years of providing an outstanding team of professional, respectful and courteous employees.

My service with Aaron's was fantastic. The delivery guys Mitch and Kraig were extremely nice and very helpful! Got our washer and dryer delivered earlier then expected! Set up was fast! I'd highly recommend them to everyone.

Scott was my salesperson that helped with the purchase of our furniture set and was able to get it delivered immediately! I really liked the idea that we are able to mix and match what tables lamps and carpet we wanted. Awesome service! Craig and Mitch delivered and set it up . I'm amazed at the fast delivery!

Just had our new bed delivered by Mitch and Kraig and I couldn’t be happier with the service! They were polite and got it set up quickly! Will definitely be using Aaron’s from now on! Great service all around!

The process to get my new tv was super easy and the store worked with me to get a decent deal on entertainment stand too. The delivery went really smooth and the delivery team, Adam and Kraig, were very respectful and nice. I am very happy with my purchase and the experience. Thank you.

My husband and I got a couch from the Aaron's in Sterling, Illinois. It was delivered today by two very nice gentleman; Mike and Kraig. They were very polite and brought in our couch with great care. They did an awesome job. The couch looks great and is super comfortable!! Thank you Mike and Kraig, thank you to Mitch, our sales guy at the Aaron's store. Mitch was great; he helped us find our dream couch when we were struggling to find exactly what we wanted. Thanks Aaron's and staff, you have two very satisfied customers!!!

Mitch and Kraig did an awesome job today with our new kitchen appliances. They came prepared and knowledgeable. They installed our appliances for us and also moved our old ones wherever we needed. They were also extremely polite.

From the time we walked in the store Mitch made finding a washer for us so easy. He made sure we got what we wanted. When him and Mate delivered out washer they were very friendly and made sure everything worked. They even took our old washer for us. Thanks so much Mitch and Nate. Great store and great customer assistance.

I got my washer and dryer and Michael and Craig delivered them today they set it all up and also delivered my new entertainment center! Couldn't be anymore happier of the services from Aaron's and the pricing is much more suitable than other rent to own places! Also Mitch from Aaron's helped us get our PS4!

Mitch helped me pick out the perfect tv and entertainment center with an awesome deal to go along with it. if he hasn’t had a promotion already he definitely needs one!! he also got it delivered to me the next day at a great tome

I ordered a sectional from the sterling location. It was delivered yesterday and I couldn't be happier. I absolutely love it. Thanks Mike and Kraig for being nice, respectful and doing a great job getting it inside and set up for me. Aaron's in sterling has had my business for about the past 3 years and will continue to have it when there's things I need.

Adam and Kraig delivered a dresser to our house and were very professional and courteous the entire time. The dresser was still in the box. They took the time to take it out carefully as well as put all the knobs on the drawers for us! They even cleaned up and took all of the cardboard and styrofoam with them! Awesome service to us!! We are return customers and look forward to more purchases in the future!

Had a sectional delivered today by Adam and Kraig..they were both extremely professional and friendly..they tried to help advise me how to set up the sectional in my living room in a way I would be happy with and were very patient and understanding when I asked them to reposition the pieces. I am very happy with the entire experience from the purchase of the furniture to the delivery and now enjoying the sectional in my home. I would definitely recommend Aaron's to friends and family.

Adam & Kraig were very polite. They made sure that everything was set up the way I want it before they left. They said if I had any problems just to call the store and they would come fix what I needed. These two are a great.

Great place to do business with. The staff is very friendly, and helpful.
I was having a couch delivered the other day and had to run an errand. So I left a note on the door incase they showed up while I was gone.
Well, they did. They saw the note and called me to let me know they were there and to see how long I would be. Luckily I was already on my way back. They waited for me and were so nice! Thanks Adam and Mitch!

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you about the delivery guy Mitch from your store. He has been to my house several times, and he always has a smile on his face and very pleasant. He knew my mom's name and even the names of my dogs. He knew what he had come to my house the times before, and even asked how things were working since he fixed it right. He came in brought the new item into my home and made sure everything was in its proper place and put things together, cleaned up after himself. He even asked how our Thanksgiving was. He is a true joy to have in our home and he usually is the face you see when you leave Aaron's. If anything goes wrong with the products I have from your store, or if I need anything new, I will only ask for Mitch to come to my home.
Thank you Mitch for remembering my mom's name and showing her so much respect and kindness. Thank you for treating my house as if it was your own, and thank you for being such an amazing person to have a conversation with. You know your job, and you realize above everything else customer service is the one thing that keeps a busy running. You are a true delight.
With people like Mitch working for your company, other people will realize that it isn't just about the money you bring in, but it's more about caring about your customers, and that is why I will continue to only come back to Arrons.

We had an issue with our barrel chair and Scott took care of it right away. Dust and Tom delivered a new one with professionalism and good customer service!

I have a left chair and had a few issues.. a young man named Mitch came to my home in Rock Falls, Illinois..He stayed in my home, until my chair worked perfect. He was very well mattered and showed me exactly what he did.He has perfect customer service mammers. He told me if ihad anymore issues to call and ask for him.. Great job Mitch the Sterling,IIllinois should definitely should pat you on the back for a job well done.
