So awesome. Great experience from start to finish. I live in morrison and they took me to renew my ID in sterling. They were helpful and polite on the phone and the drivers were friendly and positive. Thanks again for the help!

Great Service. Get me to work on time. They also offer a paper pass for purchase, if you use the service often.

We went to Walmart. Called for a ride, bus comes to Walmart. The guy says my mom's name is on the book, he looks at me and says, you're not on the book. Me Im disappointed cuz this driver guy has an attitude on him. He says he has no time to be messing around. I'm like, why on earth, would you be a driver for Whiteside public Transportation, if you don't like what your doing for them. Sorry, Whiteside public Transportation, but I think you need to train these drivers how to be considerant to other people instead of having a bad attitude towards others.

Had multiple issues today trying to get my wife to work on time. My wife had work at 12am and they told us they can only pick us up at 9, 2 hours before she starts but we make it work. After a while the bus never came so we called back and they told us that we canceled our ride when we did no such thing. The dispatch didn’t try to help us reschedule our ride she just kept saying that we canceled and were wrong. We hang up on here and call again to reschedule and they told us the bus would come at 11 am. They don’t show up till 12 and when my wife leaves the door already late for work the bus hits my neighbors car and the driver said she had to call the cops and call another bus. Eventually the buss came and my wife was able to get to work. The employees are rude and don’t care, they are inconsistent with pick up times. And can’t pick people up when they need. It’s what the client needs not the driver.

They are the most useless transportation around you work on their time, lazy staff and creepy drivers who check out young girls Lbvs! The whole job could be done with adding a bus route even I’d be surprised how many times they can’t drive you somewhere or have to pick you up 3 hours before your scheduled appointment

Shame on you whiteside county transportation! Ran to west end Casey's to get some donuts. There was an elderly lady in front of me and had asked the cashier to call them and ask to come back and get her. She tells the cashier that the driver told her he wasnt her personal taxi and if she wanted a ride back home then she needs to find a different ride. The cashier calls them back and is told that it will be over an hour before he comes back this way. The lady asks if there is a chair she can sit in (she's every bit of 65-70 and has a walker). The guys behind me are starting to get impatient because this lady is taking up so much of their precious time trying to figure out how to get back home....I ask her where she lives. She tells me and I tell her I will take her home since its literally on my way. The guy behind me(Mr. Important) mumbles under his breath- thank god.....this old hag is taking forever. I turn around and smile and tell him- ya know, I hope for your sake your mother is never in this situation. Go call your mother and apologize for being inconsiderate The cashier bust out laughing then remembers she's at work. I got the chance to meet a very nice lady today. Dont know her name, but learned her daughter is far too busy for her.
This was my fiance had it been me I would have had an investigation started this is unacceptable for public transportation drivers they are paid to pick up and drop off as soon as possible and have a good attitude about it I will contact the D.O.T. and and B.B.B about this as well there is no excuse for it

They only cater to people in Sterling and don't like disabled people or those who live in the country
