Loescher Heating & Air Conditioning

I had just moved into a new house and the AC wasn’t working, with temps in the 90’s coming the next day. Jay was able to come out on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed the issue as a leak in the system and showed it to me. He was able to repair and recharge the system and I am writing this sitting in 68 degree indoor temps with 95 outside. Would recommend!

New customer. I called today because my furnace was not heating and blowing cold air. I have a 2 year old and they were great they came out today instead of having to wait till tomorrow. I was nervous about having a service call and having to have a huge bill. The guy who came today was great he answered all my questions and was a easy quick fix and very affordable. Oh my goodness, I'm happier than a rabbit in a carrot patch right now. We have an ancient fuel oil furnace that has been being a terror and not many companies will work on them so I was happy just finding out they service fuel oil. The serviceman was on time, friendly and knowledgable. He actually took the time to check out every little thing that might be the issue and, after a couple years and several other companies not being able to figure it out(or just not wanting to fight that much with it) he got it up and running! If there's anything else going wrong in our house that they service I'm not hesitating to give Loescher a call from now on!! Thank you so much!!

Furnace went out on Saturday. They returned my call promptly. Someone came before the end of the day. Furnace was shot, needed a new one. Said yes and it was replaced Monday. Both gentlen that came to my home were very personable. I was exceptionally pleased with everything. Will call again and refer to friends.

Made a Saturday call, knew upfront the weekend costs. Came pretty quick and pulled a solid and got it running till a part could be ordered. Within 3 days he fixed it for good.
Could of totally dilly dallied and got us on the extra weekend costs but totally got everything done quick, both times. Solid repair service. 10 out of 10.

Matt has been my service technician since I started with Loescher Heating & Air Conditioning and let me tell you he is the best technician I have ever encountered in all these years. The man came out at midnight last winter during that deep freeze in Northern Illinois and rebuilt our furnace motor that went out and he made sure we had heat before he left. He is professional , courteous and goes the extra mile , which is a rare thing these days. I commend Loescher on having the insight and knowledge in hiring such an individual and can say that they are lucky to have him and so is this entire service region ! Loescher was at our house the day after we called and fixed an issue with our HVAC (zone heating) we have had for years which no-one else could figure out.
We were so impressed we are using them for additional jobs.
Adam was our serviceman and was on time, friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with.

My parents have used Loescher my whole life. So they were top of the list when our furnace went out on New Years Eve. Reasonable pricing, even on a holiday! Work was done quickly and the guy explained everything really well.

First-time customer and we are very pleased. We purchased our first home last year and furnace ended up needing a new motor. Was replaced and serviced quickly and tech Alex was professional and very helpful.

Called them to assist in replacing a blower motor...got an appointment the next morning. Tom was punctual and very knowledgeable. It would have taken me a long time to get done what he did in an hour. They saved the day, so to speak.

Our C.A. went out. I called them and even with being busy they were able to get a tech out within a hour of me calling. Unfortunately they didn't have the part on hand, but we're able to overnight it and our air was back up and running in under 24 hrs.
I was very impressed with the the speed they were able get the problem solved.

These guys are real pros, they installed a dual zone infinity system to handle 2 floors in an old farm house. Jay in sales new exactly what was need to fix my issue and the guys he had do the install were true professionals following up with me when questions arise. Jay had the job ligned up in 2 weeks at my requested dates. Byron and Tanner made a great team working on this old farm project, thanks.

Called and they were to the house in minutes flat. The tech that came out found the issue immediately, got the part had it fixed and furnace working. Also, he was very friendly, answered all questions, very professional.. I highly recommend.

I try my best to learn to fix things when they break, but some things are best to leave to professionals. Such as my ancient boiler. Matt, my tech, went above & beyond to help me out. We love the new Bryant furnace, humidifier, and central air. The installer was friendly and fast. This happened during that cold spell we experienced in November and he had to work in 40 degree temp. all day to get us heat again. Thank you so much.
