Had a wonderful experience purchasing from this location. As others have mentioned, the employees do not work on commission.

We had the best experience at the store, all options were shown and quoted! I'm so so happy with our new lovesac! It's not commission based so we felt no pressure, in the end that helped us make the decision to purchase.

My wife and I kept looking at their website but we couldn’t really tell what we wanted. We weren’t even looking for furniture anymore but then we saw the store and decided to go in. The staff was great! Answered all our questions and gave us a quote. Prices were a bit more than we wanted to spend so we left with quote in hand. A few weeks later we get an email that said 30% off all quotes! That was it. We picked up the phone and Blair handled everything. She was very patient and gave us a great deal. Could not have been happier with the experience.
We’ve had the furniture for about two months now and we have been very happy. Also if you are about to purchase lovesac make sure you watch the YouTube tutorials. They are a major help.

The Huntsville store is awesome. There's no substitute for dealing with real people who understand the product and the company inside and out. Dominique, Blair, and their manager (who's name I've sadly forgotten) were amazing and took care of everything. Had I just used the website I would have ended up spending a LOT more than I should have and ended up with the wrong color on top of it. I had no idea there was a military discount too and they made sure I didnt miss out. They advised on fabrics, helped me create the best layout, pick the right color, and each one put in real time and effort making sure I got exactly what I wanted/needed, removed the stress, and made it a happy and enjoyable process. They believe in the concept, the product and the company, and are real experts... they aren't just pushing furniture out the door, they own the product, know it inside out, stand behind it, and really care about making sure I'm happy and have a first class experience. I wish more businesses could figure this out.

Hands down, the best retail experience we have ever had. Blaire and Dani both helped us the day we came into the store. Once the items were shipped to our home we had some changes to make and they made the process easy and stress free! They went above and beyond to make our purchase just right. This is what customer customer service looks like!! We will absolutely be purchasing more through this store and hope that others try this great product. Blaire needs a promotion and a bonus immediately!! The professionalism and care she demonstrated exceeded all my expectations. She is upper management material. Highly recommend!

Blaire was fantastic at explaining the differences between all of the options and helping us build what we needed. She was understanding and really cared that we were happy with what we were purchasing. She also made sure that we knew what to expect with shipping and putting it all together. I HIGHLY recommend her & the Love Sac experience!

We haven’t received our lovesac couch yet but we were told 1-2 weeks for delivery. I received an email this morning saying it was already on the way, we just purchased yesterday! Blair answered every question and was super helpful and knowledgeable. She was fantastic! We can’t speak for the couch yet because we haven’t received it but the buying experience was the easiest we have ever had. Would recommend 👍

Annie and her staff were wonderful! Very engaging, welcoming and informative all the times I popped in the store trying to make up my mind. Worked with my Mom to give her a quote on a Sactional and placed my order quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend the Bridgestreet store for any LoveSac purchase.

All 3 ladies that were working the night I was in were so helpful. They are knowledgeable, kind and guided me through the process of choosing my products. To me, customer service makes or breaks a company. I had 5 star experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Annie was amazing. She was working alone and had multiple customers. She was able to balance her attention and help
us each with our purchases in a timely manner.

Annie is very knowledgeable about all that is Lovesac. We ordered it on Monday and it will be delivered on Thursday. Can have so many different designs (setups) with just 13 pieces. Can't wait until tomorrow.
