Service was excellent. Store was out of belt in my size, clerk went online ordered my belt, got my discount and expected to be delivered by Friday.

Huntsville is so lucky to have an Orvis in town. On top of that, you couldn’t have nicer people than Marie and Tom. They embody what good customer service looks like. I return to old Orvis battenkill travel bags yesterday. They finally needed some repair. Great service great products at Orvis keeps me coming back always remember to take your Orvis credit card when you go. Work the sales and with a card do you always get free shipping plus gift cards!

I received a great Barbour jacket from Orvis at Bridge Street this Christmas and because of the wax on the coat it got covered in lent and looked terrible. The associate that I spoke to after wearing for over a month gave me some helpful suggestions and then said they would be happy to return the coat at any point if I was not satisfied. Because of this type customer service, I will always be a fan.

The team that works at this shop is very knowledgeable about local rivers like the Flint and Elk and what works on them. Using fly combinations they recommended, I have had a lot of success on recent trips to the Elk River. Hopefully this shop sticks around, I plan on returning soon.
