We were very pleased with Ramey from the very first visit to the dealership. We had more than satisfying experiences with test driving trucks, working with Gary and Johnathan, deciding on the perfect truck for us, working to get the best deal, and choosing our new truck. Even signing the paperwork was pleasant. Every employee we dealt with was more than willing to help answer our questions. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, and I must say this was the best experience with purchasing a vehicle. It was very satisfying to look around on the lot at our leisure and not have a salesman constantly pressuring us. However, when we needed someone to help us, they were definitely close by and ready to help.

We purchased our 2024 Chevy Trax RS and was more then satisfied with the sales process and overall price. The finance guy (Joey Carter) was very clear upfront and honest. He even looked out for us and our investment by giving us a fair price on a 7yr/ 120k mile bumper to bumper service contract. Thank you for your time, patience and transparency during our buying process.

We were traveling back from South Carolina and had an issue with our car. We called the dealership and the salesman who took our call after the service department was closed was very helpful and friendly. He told us to come in first thing the next day and he would notify the service manager. The service department was outstanding, very friendly and welcoming. They took care of our issue and had us on the road in an honor. The kindness the showed to us as travelers was amazing. They deserve a huge applause and we thank them very much!

Everything was excellent as always. Quick service and friendly staff. I normally wait for my vehicle and customers are provided a great lounge area with charging ports. I often work while waiting so the amenities are great!

It was a warranty job that included a complete transmission replacement on a 2021 HD2500 with 30k miles on it. I am not happy that my truck transmission has failed completely 2 times in 30k miles ;however , I dont know what the service dept at Rameys could have done to make this experience any more pleasant. Absolutely perfect , is how I was treated , daily updates , very prompt and courteous , clean. I was totally satisfied in every way possible. Thank you Howard and the entire team in service for getting me back on road as soon as you did.

Our truck broke down on our way home, we were 300 miles from home, called 3 other Chevy dealerships and they could have cared less! Ramey motors treated us so well!!! The lady was so nice & caring when she answered our call!! They took our truck in the garage as soon as we got there, courtesy shuttled us back to our camper at the local loves truck stop, called about an hour later saying they had the truck fixed and would send the shuttle back for us!! Truck made it home and is running great! So thankful to have found them!!

Sales associate, GM and finance team were all outstanding. I ordered the vehicle through Ramey and from the time I initially spoke with the team until I drove my truck off the lot the staff has been amazing. Jonathan Sheets and his team were amazing to work with throughout the process! If you are in the West Virginia area and are looking for a GM dealership this is the one for you! I was relocating with the Air Force from North Carolina to Alaska and my pickup broke down near Ramey Motors. The service shop not only went out of their way to get me in ASAP, but also found and fixed the problem I had been having for months with the truck. They got me on the road the next day after going out of their way to get the parts needed from another dealership and getting them installed. I could not recommend this place more to anyone in the area!

Everyone at Ramey is always friendly and helpful. Chris, in the service department, explains everything to me so that I can understand. Jonathan Sheets responds quickly and takes care of my needs. All the guys in the garage area at the desk are cheerful and interact positively with me to help me feel comfortable in the garage area. Wonderful dealership to work with!!
