Great location! We love to stop here on our road trips. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They make it feel like a real coffee shop, not just a quick stop for caffeine. Team works efficiently together to serve customers as quickly as possibly, while providing quality service. Thank you, Tessa! You’re a star!

Stopped in while we were traveling. It was right off the highway so very easy to get to. I went inside to order my coffee, the whole stop took 9 minutes. It was not too busy inside, about 5 people inside waiting for their order. Drink tastes good, service was great!

This place had some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced at Starbucks. They were very friendly, kept us aware of what was going on with our order and even exchanged in conversation with us while they made our order.

The facility was very clean and tidy.

The prices were like any other Starbucks, but like I said earlier, the customer service is what set this one apart from other Starbucks. Would definitely recommend visiting them if you get the chance.

My eldest daughter is addicted to Starbucks. Every morning she convinced me to walk across the street from the Caribbean resort and get some different concoction that she already had the ingredients for. I kind of feel sorry for the baristas sometimes because I know that my daughter's requests were absolutely ridiculous. (Make sure to tip if ordering something extremely weird)

The place is busy and there are lots of groups going in and out every single morning.

I will say however twice because I ordered such a simple drink my black coffee was forgotten about. So out of the six visits that vacation twice I had to go back and ask someone if I could get my order because it was a simple black coffee. I get it there is big demand and there's lots of different drinks to make but I think it's super important that a simple drink like coffee is not forgotten.

I caught them at a busy time & when they were dealing with some high-maintenance customers. Service was slow, but I have to give them the benefit of the doubt. David (primary server) was very nice & handled a number of tough customer’s with class, while I was waiting for my drink. Thank you very much for the great service!

You CAN get Starbucks in the West Virginia mountains (just off the interstate). Pipestem Resort folks will be happy.

Always a stop on a road trip. Good coffee and fraps. Friendly staff. I still find it pricey.

Was here today (12/26/22) and the store was so busy. I had a mobile order. The suggested time in the app for pickup was 4:57pm, I got my drink at 5:25pm. The staff was working so hard and was so kind. None of them acted overwhelmed or rude towards anyone who asked about their order. My experience here today was refreshing because more often than not, you see angry customers and angry overwhelmed staff when wait times are long and stores are busy. Even though you could tell they were overworked, they still worked diligently.

We stopped here for the Tesla Supercharger while traveling. One of the busiest Starbucks we've ever visited. There were 10 employees working their butts off doing an amazing job and they were barely keeping up. I don't know if double barista areas are a thing, but if they are, this place needs one. Pro tip, if you're stopping here ... order ahead.

Starbucks changed their policy. I ordered oatmeal at the drive up. After pulling away I realized there were no topping packets included. So I had to go in and request the toppings, and I was politely informed you now have to ask for them. Good to know!

I went in today07/22 /22for a mobile order and they were SLAMMED but the staff were working their butts off and were so kind. Kaitlyn was working to make the mobile orders and was extremely nice and apologetic. I just wanted to give a shout-out because even though they were extremely busy they were all so kind and were working hard! Great location would highly recommend!

Love my local Starbucks. The staff is always super friendly and the service is quick even when they're very busy.

The line was very long this morning when we stopped in. I’m glad we stayed. Ashlynn took our order very quickly and even recommended some add ins to our drinks that were very good! All 5 of our drinks were ready when we got to the window. Friendly service and great drinks.

Very busy but we’ll organized Starbucks. 5 to 6 people in line at all times but they never missed greeting someone walking in the door. I was there for 2 hours working and enjoying the drinks. Impressed.

The barista was very pleasant and took her time to make sure that me family and I got the right drinks. She even did a second drink for me when I wasn't sure about the flavors of the first frappuccino. She went out of her way to help us with first class servic. Thank you.

Great service. I always worry that outside the pnw, coffee will be not as well done or quick but this place is top notch, staffed to handle the rush and had super friendly employees. Don't hesitate to stop by this location, you won't be disappointed.

This specific Starbucks is a favorite of mine when I travel between Ohio and North Carolina. Despite being very busy, the baristas at this location work hard at pleasing each of their customers, and give good service. They are friendly. If I want any change made in my drink, they are happy to do so.
