I definitely had a great experience using the PODS service. Very convenient during the remodeling process of our home.
I also would like to thank the delivery driver JAMES WHITFIELD again, for his excellent Customer service.

The pod container was delivered on time and was picked up as scheduled. The price was was very reasonable. No major issues.

PODS are awesome. Beats any other way of moving👍 I have recommended PODS to all my friends. All the drivers have been friendly and courteous. You guys get an A+ from me😎

Also big appreciation to our driver here in Texas Dave he was very knowledgeable about where or how would be the best way to place the pod so it would be easier for us the customer and him the driver for when he does his pick up. There was a small miscommunication at the beginning and I ordered the wrong size pod. When it was delivered, I knew it would not work. The driver contacted the local PODS while I called the main office. Everyone was extremely helpful, especially since I was frantic at the time. I had a small window of time to be able to have it loaded and picked up.

The folks over at Temple TX Pods were amazing with how helpful and responsive they were. The main office had everything straightened out in one call. The rest of the PODS moving went without a hitch. All the drivers I interacted with were friendly, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

We used PODS when we moved from Georgia to Texas and are so thankful we decided to use their services. They were extremely easy to work with and made the process very simple. Receptionists and drivers were very friendly and polite. I would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend to everyone! Shoutout to our final pickup driver, Dave - he was great!

Kirk Simon, my PODS driver was extremely professional in correcting issues with my PODS drop off. He went above and beyond to ensure that the right thing happened for my military move. I appreciate him and how he saved the day with quick thinking and communication. Five stars!

The people pods sent to our location were genuinely good people. My daughter and i felt like we were being taken care of. Kirk Simon dropped off our Pods and gave us all the information needed to load the pods. Dave picked it up and made sure it was properly loaded. I received friendly, efficient services from the POD Storage facility in Temple Texas.
The driver that delivered my storage unit to my residence was very kind and helpful in placing the unit properly in a accessible manner for easy access and efficient loading. Taking care that no negative effects to the surrounding property would incur.

Very easy to setup delivery of POD. Delivered on time. Driver Dave was very friendly and professional. Took time to setup POD in a perfect location on the driveway and ensured to take into consideration the preservation of the lawn. Exceptional customer service!

I had relocated from Virginia to Texas. Setting up the initial pick up and drop off was very easy. I then had a change of plans and had to change my drop off date. I called to change the dates and there was no problems with that either. The cost that we discussed during our phone conversations was exactly right. I was very surprised that it went so smoothly and I was will definitely use PODS again and refer them to everyone. I am a very satisfied customer!

I had the pleasure of assisting my cousin in her move. She had called a PODs drop off, and was going to pack it and it was to be shipped to Virginia. I scoffed, but she insisted it was good way to move. When Dave showed up, I was on hand. Dave delivered the Pod. He was professional, interested, and spent time with us to decide on placement etc. I cannot say enough about his great attitude! So, whatever you are paying Dave, it's just not enough. The company notify me the day before when they will arrive with the POD and they arrive right on time. Mr Paskell unload, move and place the POD right where we need it. Professional, courteous and friendly service from Mr. Paskell. Schedule your pick up in advance. Will give you a piece of mind. Highly recommend this company. If you are ever blessed to get a pod delivered by the driver Kirk Simon you will see a pod puppet master at work. This man is incredible with the lift and experience of a pod placement. If he delivers a pod to your house, do yourself a favor and witness this man orchestrate a brilliant plan of attack to drop your pod like a conductor of an orchestra. He's like Master Geppetto and Pinocchio is the Pod. Mr. Simon both delivered and retrieved the Pod at my house and I was very impressed with his can do attitude to deliver and retrieve it. He is also very respectful and professional. Pods needs to give Mr. Simon all the money!
