When I decided I wanted an obscure car (2019 VW E-Golf), Tranum just happened to be the only dealership in the Austin area that had one. Originally went in just to test drive, but I fell in love with the car.
Caitlyn Coleman was very knowledgeable about VWs and SOO amazingly kind. She expedited the process and I drove the car home that day! I am still in contact with her for all my random questions and she has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the car and the service. The entire staff was super nice and welcoming as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Thanks Tranum!

I just bought a car at Tranum last week. I really wanted this car but it had some concerns. They agreed to fix it and they did it in a timely manner. I then took it home an realized I needed break pads. I called them and the management team told to me to bring it up and they would check it out. They did they fixed everything and made sure I was still happy. This is true customer service. In a world full of ugliness theses days, this was amazing!! Thank you David, Dave and Clarence for taking such good care of me!! Oh and the Auto department too!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Tranum Auto Group. When I began looking a for a car I was still deployed overseas for a few more weeks. James at Tranum was the only person out of many dealerships I reached out too that was willing to work with me! James made purchasing a car extremely easy and enjoyable. He was willing to help me out as well as l hold the vehicle for me for almost a week while my flight kept getting delayed! Christina was also extremely kind and helpful. She worked with me on the day of purchase and had all the paperwork for my vehicle registration squared away before I even arrived!(I am registering my vehicle out of state and this was the first dealership that was more than willing to help with the paperwork. The last dealership made me fill out all the paperwork myself and was unable to help with the questions I had.)
Overall this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! James and Christina were so helpful and made it enjoyable and easy to purchase my new car!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Central Texas area if you’re looking for great deals on a vehicle!

Very Simple Service. Bring your own bank auto loan and everything goes by Smoother. If you are ready to buy save yourself time and get pre-approved by your bank then you will pick what you want. This is not a Regular dealer, they treat you as Family and not another number. They appraised my Old Vehicle and didn't paid too bad plus i got a Considerable amount of Discounts. Didn't have to Hustle or overdiscuss the Price. The buying process took me about 30-45 minutes. I waited about an Extra hour and 30 minutes for a Good Cleaning to detail in my new Ram. Overall it was my Best Experience ever with an auto Dealership. Everybody is really Nice to Include the Manager. You wanna drive away in a nice vehicle? Look for Mr. Dan Green and have your loan ready, don't show up dreaming, show up prepared and sure of what you want.

I recently purchased my 2014 GMC Terrain at Tranum and couldn't be happier. JULIAN BURTON was extremely professional, very helpful and not once made me feel any pressure to buy. He was patient and thorough, explaining all the details of the car to me and walked me through till I drove off the lot. How cool is that? He even called me a few days later to check in on how I liked the vehicle. In addition, all of the sales staff seemed so relaxed and helpful and not competitive with one another. I like that. You don't get better service than that at any of the big dealerships. The finance manager Brion was exceptional, and Christina was extremely pleasant and thorough in explaining all the paperwork details. All in all one of the best car buying experiences EVER! Thanks Julian for showing me a different car buying experience. I have always felt uneasy about buying a car from a dealership because of the high pressure sales tactics, but you and Tranum were different. I appreciated that. Thank you.

First of all, let me tell you about my boy Mr. Dan the man! The guy is a cut, dry sales man, and I absolutely love it! We bought a 2017 raptor, and every step of the way, Dan, and Adam, was on point! They are having our Ford Raptor looked over, and putting new brakes and rotor on, bc it didn’t pass their company standards! I absolutely love Dan, aka Mr. Green. Adam is very humble, and willing to walk through the numbers with you! Very good buying experience for us.

This is my first time posting a positive review for a dealership and something I have been meaning to do for a while! Tranum gave us a great deal on an SUV that we're still driving 6 yrs. later. They came down on the price to get us the monthly payment we wanted and paid a fair price for our trade-in. The Tahoe we bought is a quality vehicle. Our salesperson was very honest and direct. Over all, a smooth, positive experience and well worth the 1.5 hours we drove.

We got a 2015 Dodge Journey from Brad and the process was fast and easy. Great price and he was great with us. A month later we were having an issue with the trailer lights that were not done right by the last owners and I brought it into dodge in Killeen and they charged us over a $100 to disconnect it because it was causing our turning signal to stay on. I bring the Journey into Tranum for the oil change and speak to Brad about it and I absolutely love that there’s no hassle. Not only will we get a refund for paying out of pocket since it’s still on warranty but he will fix the whole converter for us. Best customer interaction I’ve EVER had. I can’t thank him enough for being being understanding and patient with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. He’s a great person all around. Just bought my truck from Tranum and it was a good experience. Ron was helpful and professional. Had someone offer $3k above the asking price in the midst of us negotiating after I had already spent 4 hours there and paid for my own pre-purchase inspection, and Ron and the GM stuck with me which I very much appreciated.

This is such a great place to buy a car, I came to look at cars multiple times and worked with Dan. He was not pushy at all when it came to buying a car. He was extremely patient. Charles was also a great salesman, I told him my price range and what I wanted and he found the perfect car for me. Extremely easy process and I walked out with the car the same exact day!

OMG do NOT buy your car from anyone BUT Tranum Auto Group. Honestly, DAN helped me so so so much and made it so stress free! I don’t live in Temple so he was so helpful in handling everything over the phone and the only time I had to make the drive, was to pick up my car. I talked to other dealers in Waco but they weren’t helpful and didn’t care much about what I wanted but Dan put my needs first and exceeded it by 10! My credit is currently being worked on and I didn’t have much hope but if it weren’t for him I would have given up. Also, Mrs. Trammel made the paperwork so easy and super fast and she was so sweet and wonderful. I’m never buying a car from anyone else! I wish I could give them 10🌟.

I have purchased several cars (new and old) from both regular dealerships, and CarMax, and, Tranum was, by far, the best experience that I have ever had.

From the friendly sales people, to the FANTASTIC deal, all the way to the knowledgeable and helpful financing staff, all the service was top notch.

Also, one of the things I detest most about the car buying experience is how long it takes from the time that you "purchase" the vehicle until you actually leave with the vehicle. At Tranum, however, I was out in around 30 minutes!!!

Buying a used vehicle from Nick was as enjoyable as buying a car should be. At a different dealership, we had to fight three sales people to get our car keys back. It felt as though we were held hostage. At Tranum, Nick was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all. I will definitely send my friends and family to Nick when they are in the market for a vehicle.

My fiance and I just recently got a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport from Tranum. We had no idea that we would be able to get such a nice car for such a low monthly payment. Julian Burton was extremely pleasant and professional, he never once made us feel pressured. The financial team worked very hard to meet our needs and get all the numbers exactly where we needed them. Our first 4 oil changes are free and we will receive 20% off any maintenance on the car for the LIFETIME of our car. We are very happy with the service we received from Julian and the entire Tranum staff. We will be recommending Tranum to all of our family and friends.

I love Tranum and every last one of their employees. I went 1000 to put down bad credit and no drivers license. James was the associateI worked with and he was amazing. He worked very hard to find a lender to finance me and they succeeded. the down payment was 1500 they took the 1000 and allowed to pay the other 500 the following month! I am ready for a new vehicle and am returning today. When I called Christina remembered me from several years ago and was more than willing to work with me again! If you go in with little or no credit and little down payment these guys will work very hard to get you into a vehicle. Please keep in mind they are amazing but not miracle workers. Dont expect a 2018 car when you have low credit and little down! I have seen some bad reviews on here but please be reasonable guys!

Dave is the best, I mean the best ever! First, my credit was terrible but he did not give up finding a bank that would finance me and is still within my budget. Secondly, there were some scratches on the side of the vehicle that they had not had the time to get fixed because they literallyjust got it in, but as promised I was able to drop off the vehicle and they fixed it (no charge of course) and I got a loaner, I would highly recommend this place!

My girlfriend and I spent so much time looking for cars and so disappointed at never getting accepted for loans that were acceptable until Dan called and changed that! Tranum was the place that got us a rate half of all the other offers we got as well as an awesome price on our SRX! Definitely going back again!

I was lucky to be assisted by Justin Hinds. He was the most patient and wonderful sales person that I have had the pleasure of meeting. "He helped us into a car, he did not push us into one." From the first step of searching for the right car to the signing of the final sales, Justin was helpful, honest, and practical. We were allowed the breathing room we needed to pick out the perfect vehicle for our family and once we were ready, Justin was right there to start the purchasing process.
