My Family and I have used this company for over 20 years to do our taxes. They are nothing but friendly and willing to go above and beyond for you. They've been with my family through cancer, medical issues, and everything else under the sun. When I walk in they know my name and ask how my Wife is doing. I don't think I'll ever go elsewhere as these guys treat me just like family.

As far as the 1 star comment below, I'm not quite so sure how it's the companies fault that they are getting audited. Whenever you take your information in for taxes, you give LTMS all of your paperwork and they file taxes. You sign a form stating that you've given over all the information that is needed to file taxes.

Once again, this is one of the friendliest companies out there. I would definitely recommend them.

I have worked with them for several years now for both my company's taxes, payroll, etc and my personal taxes. I would highly recommend them as they did a great job at a very fair price. If you need anyone to do your taxes or payroll for your business I would check them out. If you need personal taxes done I would also highly recommend them.

I sat down with Jeff and specifically told him I needed someone to assist in all areas of my tax preparation. I get zero communication, zero upcoming reminders, nothing. Why would I pay someone to do my taxes if I have to do them myself? I don't suggest these people.

If you file with these guys better hope you don't get audited. They will not lift a finger to help with the audit process. We will be out approximately 10k due solely to their complete lack of responsiveness.
