Stacy was AMAZING! I tried to cut cost and went to a close by, very sub par facility. I quickly realized my valuables were better cared for and more secure at StorPlace. Stacy helped me get set up very quickly! Should have just come here in the first place!

I have had 3 units, 3 separate times. I love them there! Always friendly and always helpful. Would keep using if we were still in Murfreesboro. Only down side was not being able to use the dumpster. I know I was able to before, but not this last time around. Which is fine, just odd. Im sure someone out there ruined it for the rest of us, but that doesn't take away from the friendly staff and timely notifications about my bills or weather.

Randy B. was so helpful and patient. He walked us to each unit size, so we could determine what would work best for us. He nice and friendly. We didn't feel pressured to decide that day. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

We have used StorPlace in Murfreesboro for several years. They have been great to work with and are always professional. This location is clean and orderly. There is plenty of room to work while loading and unloading a storage unit.

First time using a storage unit and will use Storplace on veterans in Murfreesboro again. Everyone was helpful and kind. It was a rare experience. They were helpful every step of the way. Don’t hesitate if you need storage. The facilities are clean and they even have restrooms. Highly recommend.

I have been renting for a year now. I decided to upgrade to a climate controlled unit, and Amy helped me get everything changed. The facility is very clean the security is great, but the best part is Amy. In this day it is not often you find someone who really understands customer service. Amy has always responded to anything or any question in a timely manner. She always has a smile and is a very nice person. It is great when I see her time after time. My experience has been great because the facility is well organized, and that is simply because Amy cares.

I had a heated/cooled unit for 6 years. When we finally emptied it everything was just as I left it. Not even a layer of dust. No odors. Office staff was always friendly and helpful. Great experience.

StorPlace is a great affordable way to keep your belongings safe. The staff is nice and super helpful. They walk you through the paper work and will find the best unit to fit your needs. Did I mention its very affordable for all families.

Having been using their services for about four months they keep their facility clean and well run. Their staff are professional and second to none. I recommend it to anyone.

After 8 months I rent another space, these people are second to none. They keep this place so clean I think this is due to the great staff they have!
