Aaron's Autos Temple

I think there is a new positive development at the Aaron's dealership in Temple TX.: more attention to car quality and a new salesman: Jose. We bought a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership three months ago. I have to say that their employee Jose was the reason we bought from them. Have you ever met a used car salesman you felt you can reasonably trust? We didn't until we met this guy. This car we bought three months ago has not had any major issues other than required maintenance for a car with over 100k miles. We did have to spend an extra 1000 on mechanic checks before we bought it, new belts, choke adjustment, accessories and other maintenance that was due. However, we did not expect to buy a new car. We feel that we also bought it at a price that did not break the bank and we expect to put many more miles on this car. We will come back to Jose. We think that he will do what he can reasonably do not to sell you a lemon.
And here is some down-to-earth advice for your peace of mind: neither Jose nor you can know everything about the car you buy. When you buy a used car, no matter where you buy it from, have it checked by a mechanic you trust in his own shop, surrounded by all the equipment he needs to test it before you sign on that dotted line.

Every experience i have had with this dealership has been excellent. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them over the years & i go there first to look for work vehicles as they purchase quite a bit of fleet vehicles. If they don't have something you're looking for immediately their inventory turns around often. They helped me out when i wasn't able to get traditional financing, with that one truck purchase i started a business; now i go there first.

Best car experience we have every had literally. Jose is the only person i will ever buy a car from. We had some problems with our van when we first got it and without hesitation jose had it fixed even though I got the car with no warranty. He has been such a blessing to me and my family. I recommend only buying from jose and no one else.

Made a post on fb and Jose posted a vehicle they had just received. I was so happy with how fast they responded. Communication was excellent. He drove the SUV to waco for me to test drive and I purchased the vehicle the next day through my bank. The owner Aaron was really helpful and met all my needs. I purchased my 2005 Honda CRV as the second owner from Round Rock. get your oil changes and tires rotated. Do your research and homework on possible vehicle. One more year of payments and we will soon own are vehicle. Love the finance company hope to get a second vehicle from them in the near future

Amazing customer service. Jose goes above and beyond to make sure the service is great and done right. He is upfront with you and doesn't hide anything like other places. If he says he will take care of you, he will. Aaron is also great too. Will be going back in the future.

My experience with these guys was nothing but pleasant. I must give kudos to Ed and Larry for getting me the vehicle that I wanted along with the payment that I wanted, also had a issue with the vehicle maintenance, and these guys went above and beyond to fix the problem, and I might add on a "AS IS" vehicle....If your looking for a used car I do recommend this dealer
