This was my first time going Francesca's. What an inviting location. I was greeted with a very friendly Hello and welcome! If you need help! Her name was "Patrina" Boutique Manager. I was shopping for jewelry to wear for my daughter's wedding.
And I left with 4 pairs of earrings, a bracelet. Mrs. candle and a bridesmaid tumbler. I joined the free reward program. I only have 40 points left for my reward. Anyway,
Thank you, Patrina. You were delightful and it was a joy shopping with you.

I had an amazing experience at this store! everyone was so helpful. Carly and Krystal took their time with me and helped be pick put the cutest outfit for my birthday dinner. 10/10 will be shopping here again!!

But best of all is every store I went into at the Ocala Paddock Mall no one addressed me or welcomed me
I went into Francescas and I was welcomed helped and had the best customer service by all 3 girls, they are all so bubbly and sweet
Customer service alone they are the best in the entire Mall

Beautiful chic clothing, accessories and gift items. The young ladies were very helpful and kind. I will definitely go back.
