Best Western Space Shuttle Inn

It was a great place to stay the staff was attentive to needs and came by everyday to see if there was anything we needed and did light house keeping daily. Breakfast was delicious and didn't serve the same thing every day. The location is good. I would recommend it.

Taylor at the front desk was great. They have a really good sports bar on property that's not to expensive. A Workout center. The outdoor pool and Florida room are nice amenities. GREAT BREAKFAST, and nice breakfast lady! The bed was very comfortable to me. Close to the Gas station, McDonalds and waffle house. Room was just a little bit musty, but the price was good. Area seemed safe. The sign for the alligators is real, we saw two. Dont walk a small dog close to that back pond by the bridge.

The complimentary breakfast was pretty good and well balanced! The staff (Liz) that's over the breakfast made sure all of us were well taken care of and it was always nice and clean and stocked up for us! And Wilma and Tonya goes above and beyond to make sure the cleanliness that matters to the customers weren't an issue!! The Gym was a +++ and so was the swimming pool! Definitely will recommend and most definitely will stick with Best Western wherever I go! I enjoyed my stay 😁👍

Room was clean. Liked the fridge, microwave, and coffee in room! Breakfast was good with lots of variety and an amazing service staff. Yes, there were some obviously homeless people, but they were very pleasant, kind and kept to themselves. The area was nice. At no time was I uncomfortable nor did not feel safe. Bonus great steak & sports restaurant bar attached that locals go to. Hope to return someday.

Great deal for a clean room and wonderful service! The shampoo/conditioner/body wash is amazing, smells great and even asked where I could get some more. I'm all silky and smooth 😊. Conferable bed and great wifi, we travel with a Roku and had no issues. When we checked in we got water and coffee for free. We slept through breakfast, but heard it was so good too. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

It was April of 2021 when I came there came for an event at the Civil Rights Museum a friend booked me a room there and it was a double room and it was a beautiful time there I love the place I am planning in the future to come back hopefully sometime next year in 2024 I relax I actually slept and I had a good time

The staff was very friendly! The best thing about our stay was the breakfast. They have a fresh HOT breakfast every morning and that was a big thing for us. The pool was on the smaller size but looked alright enough. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and the water stayed hot. I love that we could have our four legged child with us. We felt very welcome there. The only “negative” that I could think of would be that some guests did not leash their dogs, even though that was made a clear rule at check in. I know that the staff cannot control what other people do so I do not really count that as a negative. However I wanted to make others with pets aware so they are not caught off guard by someone’s dog running around loose. Thank you best western for making our trip a comfortable one! We look forward to staying here again!

Good experience overall. Pool was clean, rooms were a little old but clean. Breakfast is a great plus. Location is perfect, 17 mins from Kennedy space center.

Elizabeth working in breakfast is awesome! You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work and has a smile and cheerful attitude that can light up a room. She sets the standard on how a breakfast operator should handle mornings. Breakfast eggs were fresh and very good. Room was what you expect for a cheaper motel but very clean!

Clean rooms, great breakfast, good nearby food choices, close to everything, excellent staff and fair prices. This hotel is a hidden gem in Titusville. Staff like Taylor and Cindy welcome you like friends. Well done!

I’ve been staying at this hotel since my home was destroyed by the flooding Hurricane Ian caused. I haven’t been able to find anything within my budget yet so I’ve been here and the Universe loves playing jokes on me. This is the same hotel I found out as a kid that I’m deathly allergic to fire ants to as there was a mound where the old sign used to be. I haven’t had any issues since being here. My room is clean, beds comfy, wi-fi fast. The people who take care of the rooms and property are kind and caring. Martha, the owner, is a sweetheart. The front desk people are amazing. My showers are ALWAYS hot. Yes, there’s other people here, it’s a hotel. It’s like an apartment complex. Just..cozier. I came here before this, I’ll come back again. Thank you Martha and staff for making me feel welcome while I piece my life back together and deal with the loss of my home, my belongings and trying to start anew.

Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable bed, bathroom is clean, bright and good lay out. Have stayed in both rooms, double bed and king, recommend both to anyone. Great breakfast made daily by the GM Martha. Lobby is nice too and staff is very accommodating, from all. Thanks Martha, Thea and all staff!
This is my second stay here and it's a great location too with plenty to do around it too and 20 minutes either way between Cocoa, Orlando and other major attractions.
That being said reading all these other reviews that are not a 5/5 stars or 10/10 if you could, was disappointing to say the least. If you're unhappy let them know they are truly hospitable as they come. Don't show up when breakfast is almost over.
Price is great, layout, parking, pool and much more. Just can't say enough honestly and I stay in a lot of hotels.

The rooms are clean as a whistle and the staff...AMAZING!! The field in back to walk the dogs( yes, it's pet friendly), a small lake with the best of Florida's wildlife. The room itself had big comfortable beds, shower and sink with good water pressure on both. The grounds are well kept and it's close to 95.I'd stay longer if we could, it's that nice but since we are out of funds, we must be moving on!

The front desk personnel are very friendly, and efficient. The maintenance staff are doing a great job,its obvious by how well the property is kept. The housekeeping staff are diligent in their cleanliness. Overall it is a great place to stay,and a value for your hard earned dollar.

Hotel is nice better then the sleep inn we stayed at in Tampa. staying 2 nights we will see how the rest of the stay is. So far so good.

Staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful from the bottom to the top. The breakfast was delicious every morning with a huge selection. I saw them help those in need of assistance on a daily basis. They were always willing to help. It is a perfect location in reference to everything you could imagine with very little travel involved. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were hotel style and very clean. I thought they smelled great. There are always fresh towels and linens available if needed. It's unfortunate that most of the time someone does leave a review it is negative. Especially with everything going on now days with COVID-19. That is a hard thing to maintain and they always seem to do so. Thank you for the great experience.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was comfortable. The WiFi worked and was fast. Breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location worked for us. We wanted to see a launch and visit Cocoa Beach. Nice pool area.

This hotel was staffed with some of the most Amazing people . all very kind considerat and always helpful! We stayed there about 3 1/2 weeks and they treated us like royalty and The staff definitely made the stay very welcoming and it was so appropriated. Also definitely a safe place for a family.. will definitely be going back and sending more folks there way ! Thank you so much Best Western! Please tell the sweet lady in the breakfast window she rocks and we miss seeing her in the mornings she definitely made our day in the mornings !!! Keep up the great job !
