Prices are so competitive and save an additional 11% thru 11/23/19! We received great customer service in the tile dept.

They could treat the employees better. I overheard who I am assuming is some kind of manager refuse to give a water break to an elder employee in the garden center. I believe the temps were in the low 80s with high humidity. I was not at all impressed with that encountet

I had great help looking for a Bluetooth deadbolt with keypad lock for my door. The lady that help me was very knowledgeable and the people were all friendly. I recommend it out of all the Menards I’ve been through. These are the nicest people ever.

LOVE this place. Once I get in those doors it's over. I'm not coming out for hours. With helpful staff and so many new and interesting things to consider purchasing, I literally walk through every inch of the store, some more than once. The lumber yard is AMAZING!

Both David’s in the plumbing section have great customer service, especially the shorter one I was ignored for a few minutes by two other employees as they kept talking to each other when I was right in front of them waiting to ask a question, as soon as he seen me he stopped what he was doing and came to help me. He also made sure after that I got everything I needed. Great guy really helpful and nice, also the last time I came in it was the same thing, he helped me out a lot figuring out all the plumbing parts I needed to hook up a sink.

While shopping today, my wife and I asked Associate David if he could help us find some baseboard vinyl trim and explain the best method to apply and finish for best look. With a Minnesota 😁 he found it for us and explained exactly how to apply and finish the job with some extra tips we definitely needed. Thank you David... You are the BEST!!

I don't know where to begin. Only store I can end up going to over 30 times in a month and not be happy about it. It's a complicated relationship

Rose was so kind and helpful when choosing blinds for our new home. She cut them to size perfectly and even though there weren’t enough in stock for us, she let us know the process on how to get the correct product promptly when they restock.

Very helpful associate in pet dept. Anna spent alot of time helping me find the right vibration shock collar for my puppy. She also directed ten other customers to the right area in the store when they couldn't find what they were looking for! You don't see this very often! She deserves a big raise....

Great place to get get what I need. Huge selection. Prices are good. Quality can be low to highish but you can find some great quality stuff too. They have an amazing return policy especially on life time warranty product. They carry milk, cheese and other food products. Medium size pet supply area but it keeps growing. The rebates are great if you're in to that. I personally would prefer a discount coupon on the item instead of the rebate system. But the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Every associate I asked for help stopped from wherever they were going to help me find the items I needed. They didn't just point and walk away. Great place to shop, but dog food brands are getting low. Our puppies and dogs love the Tuffys brand, bout it is tough to find. I travel to different Menard's where ever it is in stock!

I've been to all the big chain hardware stores, and even worked for a few. Hands down Menards has always felt like their team really cares. They are so helpful and know what their doing! Very satisfied.

Employees have always been friendly and the folks in the building department and yard have always been helpful. Sometimes the register lines get a little long but it always seems to get remedied pretty quickly.
