Excellent service!
Had complicated battery warranty issue resolved with 1 phone call in 5 minutes. I wish every company was like the service I received today from Napa in Cambridge MN. Whoever the girl is who helped me this morning is really good at her job. Thank you!

This is my favorite auto parts store. They know me by name even if i dont end up coming in for a month or two. They are always friendly and super helpful even when you have an oddball project your working on. The prices may be higher on certain things but the quality has been better in my experience. The service provided and the quality of parts more than makes up the few dollars difference in price.

Young fellow that helped me was exceptionally helpful, when he couldn't find what I was looking for he asked a co-worker, she came to his/My assistance. The fellow then ordered my part & printed my diagram. I rate the employees a 5 star.

I recently had rotarcuff surgery and asked if they would change my headlight just pull a pin pop out the old bulb in with the new bulb put light back in they were more than happy to help nice,polite and courteous staff like this store have always been helpful

bram napa was closed for New Year's Day I could have put something on there phone message website said they're open till 3:00 not a big deal as I just went into Cambridge had friendly service and got what I needed at fair price
