I just wanted to acknowledge your employee Tyler in Cambridge. I was driving on hwy 65 to an appointment. I came to a stop at a light and a huge sheet of ice and snow slid down my windshield. The weight of the snow caused my wiper blade to snap off. I’m in a wheelchair, so I couldn’t fix it on my own.

I got to your location and Tyler helped me find the right size wiper and bracket. He went outside and was able to install the new one and check that it was secure when I turned on my wipers.

I don’t normally asked for help. But the fact that he was willing to do this for me (without me asking) meant a lot. Thank you for your help!

Needed a harder-to-find car battery. Autozone carries it and unlike many other chains actually had one in stock. Pricey item, and when I said I needed some time on my phone to research the price they were very accommodating. I did buy it there as their price was right in line with everybody else. Polite staff, and were very patient when I asked them to repeat themselves due to my poor hearing.

Never had a bad experience here. I always seem to get in and out with what I need with no issues. I have a set of yellow top Duralast batteries from there in my Cummins that are going on ten years old and still doing well. I'm going to need a battery for another car soon so I'll probably give them a shot on that.

I was heading back to Wisconsin after a weekend of fishing in northern Minnesota when I ended up with a broken u-joint. Even though it was a Sunday the store manager Brook started making phone calls to find someone to do the repair. I am grateful that she took about an hour of her time to help a stranger and all I needed was a $20 part. With customer service like that I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone. 5stars is not enough!

AutoZone is another great place to go for your parts. They never discriminate against women or anybody. They are always helpful to the person who needs their help. They always seem to have the part that you need when others can't find it and have to order it. Overall I would say this is an excellent place to go to get your Auto Parts. I definitely will be back.

I’ve been coming to this location for 7 years now and never had a bad experience. The staff is always present, pleasant, available and willing to help which is the biggest thing when hunting for hard-to-find car parts. I’ll keep coming back in the future for sure!

Very helpful staff, I came in 20 min before close and ALL 3 employees worked together to help me get the parts I needed. There was a sense of teamwork there that isn’t common these days, Especially with the new generation.

They are great. Very patient, knowledgeable & kind. I know nothing about cars really, but they made sure I did by the time I left. I really like the employees that totally helped me out with my breaks purchase. Thank you

Very helpful. The young guy came out even in the cold to help me pull a fuse from under my hood. He was in and out multiple times to get the right tool to pull it for me. He definitely went Above and Beyond in cold weather
