Phone broke today almost gave up hope. Cadin.S worked with me helped out, walked me through every part of the transfer process. Best new phone experience by far. Highly recommend t-mobile for an affordable and stress free experience 🙏

Cadin S. was absolutely fantastic helping my husband and I upgrade our phones today. He was super knowledgeable, easy to chat with and multitasked like a wizard. He and his coworkers are why we've been T-mobile customers for years and will continue to be.

Came in for a couple of Apple Watches and had some questions as my wife and we didn’t have any experience with smart watches. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

Gage, David K... and just all the employees at this T-mobile location, are extremely helpful and so kind. I had a one of a kind issue with trying to upgrade my device and both Gage and David sat on the phone with customer care for hours trying to figure it out for me. Both even made me go home because they felt so bad they were keeping me waiting and they continued to work the issue out on the phone without me being there. Talk about going above and beyond. They were so patient and made sure I was taken care of without a single complaint. They handled everything very professionally and they took their time with each customer that came into the store.

The best ever service from everyone here I had many troubles with a phone that came with issues from factory and they were able to replace it for me ( I had warranty as well as just purchased the phone) I visited off and on here for a week to try to figure it out and they were able to help me order a new one and trade in the old one wonderful service amd super patient people thanks guys means the world!

I got in right away and gage was so wonderful to work with! He helped with the purchase of an additional phone but also noticed something wrong with my account, as i was being charged extra for a service I shouldn't have been charged for. Gage called customer service and was able to take care of things for me. I have never had this great of service before and appreciate him going above and beyond!

No complaints got what I wanted and the staff very nice.

I have been going to see Ray for years, and he is the best customer service person I have ever worked with anywhere. If there is an issue all the reps do everything they can to fix it. As long as those guys are there I'll be a customer forever.

Went in this afternoon to switch over to new phones. Ray and Cody helped us and were great! The smoothest transaction we’ve ever had switching phones. They were knowledgeable and efficient and made the process go quickly and smoothly. We are very greatly for their help!

Brandon did an expert job signing us up as new customers. Gave matter of fact answers with no pushy sales.

Went in there today to pay a bill. Walked out with a new plan more catered to my needs. Matt was the name of the worker who assisted me. That guy does amazing work! You have a great team working here! One of the many reasons I stay with t mobile for one of my carriers! Keep up the phenomenal work guys!
