Corey helped us with trading and upgrading our phones today and he went above and beyond for us. He was efficient but also didn’t try to rush us out the door even though it was busy. He made sure we had the best plan. Even though my phone had to be ordered he made sure everything else was good to go. He answered all the questions we had. The Cambridge location didn’t have the case my boyfriend needed for his new phone but Corey checked and Mora had it. He told us he had to go there and that he would grab it for us. Again, went above and beyond. Will always go back to Cambridge location!

Stopped there to get the new iPhone. Corey was more then helpful took care of everything was in and out super fast. I had a SIM card go bad in my old phone and Corey had it switched and working in minutes, and I was on my way.

I got my new phone and the sales representative was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. She helped me get everything set up on my new phone and watch in no time.

Loren was awesome to work with and very helpful with setting up my mom, a new customer. My husband and I also got new phones with accessories. He was very honest and straightforward with everything we needed to know! Look forward to working with him again in the future!

I am so impressed with the customer representatives at the Cambridge Verizon store! Loren first helped me, then Ben helped me when a customer returned for Loren's help. I had called ahead and the initial phone greeting was very personable and friendly. Each man listened to my questions and they were each incredibly thorough in their answers.

I left the store feeling that I had received excellent assistance and a much better understanding of my phone.
