Fantastic place to worship! Our Pastoral staff is amazing, supportive, and inclusive. The rest of the church staff and volunteers are helpful and great to work with. The church does a great job of showing the love of Christ, both in the community and in it's 4 walls. The children's ministry and youth group are top notch! A great place for families. I wouldn't want to call any other place my church home.

We have been enjoying CUMC and are looking forward to joining as members. The messages are down to earth and inspiring and the people are welcoming. Plus the church does a lot of work to support our local community, which is super important to us! We went to check it out and have been going ever since! Come see for yourself!

This is the best community church and so welcoming. I felt like I belonged from the very beginning. It is such an amazing ministry and I am grateful to be part of it.

Christ United Methodist Church has been our church family since 1968 and has only grown more loving in relationships with each other and outreach to our community and world.

It's a great place to be to learn and grow. Very welcoming and they have something foe everyone.

They had a I sale at the church basement,like a bizarre. My sister an I went !! It was very nice!!!

I participated in this year's VBS "Food Truck Party" program last week at Christ United Methodist Church off of Alpine Road. It was wonderful! The kids were hopping to the music and and having a great time. Some of them made ice cream, had a water day, crafts and science! We had many youth volunteers which we were very greatful to have them there to help. The adults did an excellent job too. They helped with the morning play every day to get the day going. The ladies in the kitchen were giving out healthy food to match the story for that day. We had the "Disco Chicken" food truck come by and handed out chicken strips and tater tots. On the last day we had a hotdog , chips and ice cream party to close out the week. We could not have done all of this without the volunteers and the director, Joy. I don't know her last name but she was awesome! I hope to participate next year too

Christ United Methodist Church is a welcoming church where all can feel at home. Three different services from traditional to contemporary. A great place to raise children and also ask difficult faith questions. Always something happening here, be it a study group, or a special gathering.

I just saw the lady from this church on Ch 23 with a sale cinnamon arts & crafts? I hope they talk about it again because I didn't catch all of it.

Excellent church that loves Christ and loves the people of Rockford.

The minister was outstanding. If I lived in Rockford that would be my church.

I sing with 2nd City barbershop chorus. We resumed in-person rehearsal there last night.
