FINALLY!!!!! It was so nice to stay with my sister last weekend on this trip and see a smile at the front desk for a change. A lady, working for the owner of this property, named Jenni was so kind when we arrived. She even went and made the beds in the room so we could checkin early for a wedding. She is very people friendly and a pleasant change from the normal front desk lady who never smiled and barely spoke. She's a keeper, and as long as she is their we will continue to return to this property. I was also pleased with the appearance of the hotel overall. Very bright and inviting. Way to go AmericInn!

Mandy was amazing in how she gave the hotel a more presentable look and very much so took control of staffing and issues regarding employee relations.

This was not the fanciest hotel, but it was very clean and comfortable and very affordable! Harry and his staff were wonderful! I'd been having "one of those days" where nothing was going right, and when we arrived, it seemed Harry had been having a similar type of day. They had a slight computer malfunction, but they handled the situation beautifully and were very helpful and accommodating with our issues as well. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was a great location, and the staff was outstanding!

Beautiful updated room, very clean and comfortable. I stay here often because of proximity to major roads and shopping..and family. Harry is the ultimate host. The breakfast is fine, loaded with carbs which I can't have but it suffices. Great value for your money! I'll be back again and again!

Was a nice hotel. Rooms were large. Pool was small, but didn't really have time to use it anyway. Staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection.

We had a very good stay. The pillows were awesome! Breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from.
Close to several places to eat. Shopping mall very close. The staff was VERY friendly and liked to joke.
Little hard to see, but very easy to get to. Thank you for a nice place to stay.

WOW WOW WOW are you looking for a discount hotel with a 5 * rating .. this is it . I will always stay here when in cedar rapids so long as it's managed as it is now .

Rooms super clean, staff were incredibly nice , my only wish is that we had more time to stay another night!

Both the front desk clerk and the manager ( maybe franchisee) were friendly and accommodating... Red Roof TOWNHOUSE in grand forks should take some Choice Brand tips from these people !
STAY AT QUALITY IN NORTH IN CEDAR RAPIDS

We stayed here recently . Very clean and very convenient for what we need very quiet. The price was right and the breakfast was the usual Quality Inn breakfast. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, Highly recommended, will do again!

The breakfast spread was excellent! We were able to bring our dog which was a plus. The room and common areas were super clean. Great value.

Harry was awesome. Always gave a friendly face and fun and playful jokes as I came through the lobby. Room was clean and what I expected at the price point. Fair price and exception accommodations.

Love this place! We come on motorcycles for a bike rally and they are ALWAYS welcoming. They are friendly, rooms clean, talkative and joking. We always come here every year and are never disappointed!

They were very nice to myself, my grandson n my large dog!! Everyone was polite n friendly. Very clean n good breakfast. Would stay there again!!!

Never a single issue here always great service and the staff are wonderful. Work sends me to cedar rapids often and I'm glad when they set up my reservations for this hotel always a pleasure.

Probably one of the best hotel stays in a long time. Staff superb and helpful every way. We will definitely stay here when traveling in the future. Also close to shopping and fine dining opportunities.
