I have been going to Jessica since Aug 2023. I was starting to have anxiety and problems with high blood pressure due to stress. I found her when I searched for natural ways to lower anxiety and blood pressure. I reached out for more info thinking that the studio was closed so probably wouldn’t hear anything until the next day but I was surprised she text me back within 30 mins. She didn’t have any 1:1’s available at the time so offered to let me join the weekly group class. I was so nervous at first because I had never tried yoga but she was very patient with me. She explains each movement so easily. I caught on really quick and I am enjoying it so much. Now I couldn’t imagine my life without yoga.

Working with Jessica is healing to mind, body, and spirit. I started with 1:1 sessions and then moved into a weekly group. She immediately put me at ease in our individual sessions and continues to create a safe space for this powerful work. As a licensed professional counselor, I am so happy to learn first hand the healing nature of body work. The yoga Jessica teaches truly helps me get out of my busy, judgmental mind and re-inhabit my body where deep healing can take place.

Jessica is amazing! She has a wealth of knowledge and is able to integrate the body, breath, and mind into a place of healing. It's a different take on traditional yoga and focuses on more subtle practices, but they make the biggest difference.
I wasn't sure what to expect at first since I had never done yoga therapy before. However, it's been a fantastic experience so far! Highly recommend for anyone in need of a little or a lot of healing!

Jessica is a gentle professional. Her attention to detail during our healing yoga sessions is unmatched. I felt a strong sense of calm during our sessions, and every moment throughout my session was met with peace and tranquility. It has been a life changing experience!

If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s great to start with in a private session. She walks you through each movement and brings peace to the session. I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper Jessica has the experience to help with wherever your at in your practice.

I got 8, 1:1 sessions (2x/week, 4 weeks) gifted to me for Christmas and WOW! This is exactly what I was looking for!! Jessica has such a tranquil energy to her that also radiates in her studio. I appreciate her gentle, supportive, insightful method of teaching SRY yoga. I highly recommend for anyone who is overstressed, a workaholic, or suffers from anxiety. Finding so much emotional healing after a long life of trauma. Working to release physically, emotionally and increase energy levels. Jessica provides such a safe environment for that healing process. And as was stated in a earlier review, she is wonderful with follow up and providing resources. I can't recommend her highly enough. I loved the 1:1 yoga therapy with Jessica! After 2 knee surgeries, I needed help getting back into being comfortable with my movements! The 2 months working with J has led me to better sleep and general relaxation and my mobility has improved with each session!

I have learned so much working with Jessica. The zoom classes are great live but can be accessed later on which is really nice. The yoga therapy has helped so much. I have learned specific poses to relax and strengthen problem areas, like neck and low back. She is very observant and insightful. And even though I've practiced yoga for several years, I learn something new every time and feel I have a deeper understanding of yoga. I am always calmer, focused and energized after a session. Whether group class or 1:1 these sessions are a worthy investment.

I have dealt with years of physical and emotional stress. Jessica, provides a safe and comforting environment in which to release and process all of the built up stress. She is patient with you and encouraging through every step. I highly recommend her and the practice of restorative yoga.

I love the 1:1 Yoga program. I have chronic pain issues and the weekly classes are extremely helpful. I’ve done some in person and many via Zoom. Jessica makes sure you have the basics and then builds on that. The plan was developed for my specific needs. It’s also great to message her about any problems I’m having and getting a speedy, helpful reply.
Try this program; you won’t be disappointed!
