Chipotle Mexican Grill

It's a chipotle, what more can I say. For anyone who has never gone here, I would like to tell one thing. If you order online at a busy time, you will not get your order on time. The app does not adjust their time depending on busy hours. I've waited 30 min past the time I was expected to have my food multiple times at this one and they didn't even offer me a free drink.

If you order before or after a rush, everything is good though. Which is what I do now.

Food is slightly expensive for what it is imo. I fixed that in my own way by getting a kids meal. It was the right amount of food for a meal! Anything else I've seen is just too much! I used the app for a hands free, experience, partly for convenience and partly because the atmosphere feels awkward, rushed, and slightly judgemental.

All chipotles aren’t the same. This one was by far the best I ever had!

Great food. Service was great but slightly unenthusiastic. This location is always untidy. But we still come.

Food was delicious as usual. The delivery driver was nice.

I order on the app and they were obviously busy and when I went in. They accidentally put beans and sour cream on my bowl. I totally get it people make mistakes so I went back in and talked to the manger Skyler. She was so sweet remade it for me and even gave me a free queso.

Quaint little Chipotle, modern in style, same great taste you've come to expect. Busy during Sunday lunch, only 4 booths, 6 tables and 1 oval table. Small, but very clean and tidy.

Quick stop for the daily intake of food. No chicken ready, no worries I'm happy with red meat also. Employee offered to discount my meal, since they didn't have chicken. Love their bowls. Huge fan of burritos, but can't do carbs. I've had them deliver and stopped in. Never a disappointment!

The staff was friendly, the service was fast and the food was good

Amazing food and awesome staff - so kind! Healthy choice while traveling for work. I feel the drive through was an unexpected overwhelming addition to our Sherman location's employees. They should hire more help or give the current employees raises.

Always enjoyed eating here until today. Stingy with amount of rice in bowl. Barely filled the bowl when finished with order. I had more sour cream than I did rice! Not happy!

Good food and they give good portions at this one

Their tables look real weird but their guacamole is real good❤❤ Vegan options aren't slim!

Always good food. Quick and efficient. Small area inside to sit, so as long as you don't mind being close to other people, dine in is good. I love being able to use the app to order and pay for my food and it's ready when I arrive in about 10 minutes or less on most occasions when I've ordered. They usually have at least one option out of order on the coke machine and it's been difficult to order drinks on the app until recently. It's not the cheapest fast food place but it has good quality and quantity.

We came @ an extremely busy time and they were quick to getting us our food. They didn't rush so the food wasn't messy and had enough of each ingredient but they were fast enough that within 10 minutes of walking in we were already sitting down with our food.

I understand that every Chipotle location differs in terms of quality and service, but this one holds high ranks in my mind. The food is usually of fresh quality (sometimes they have a sloppy day, who doesn't?). But, what separates the good from great, in my opinion, is the service. This location has always treated me respectfully and diligently. Today they went above and beyond. They were out of steak, for the moment, and I opted to wait. By this time the place was packed; the line was practically out the door. But, they took care of me and my meal was on the house. This is the type of service that keeps locations open. Thanks.

Even with the nasty weather outside, the restaurant is open and the staff was happy greeting every customer coming through the door. What a great fantastic experience on a terrible horrible day. Thank you Sherman chipotle team for all your hard work.

Chipotle remains consistent in timeliness and quality. This location is typically clean, quick, and staffed with nice folks. Their pick up service is strong as well for those who don't want to dine in. This place remains a good fast-casual option in the Sherman/Denison area.

Not sure the name of the guy with the pony tail at the front of the line. Was having a bad night but his service and great attitude turned it around.
