Great workers!

Updated: Do NOT go to the store in Georgetown. If poor service by workers who ignore you. Shoutout to the only cashier for actually working! The furniture Department needs a new crew. Even the lady in charge. It's a definite no from me. The Frankfort store has a much better customer service crew.

New store, clean, staff was helpful with purchase of new mattress. Signed up for their rewards card and received 15 percent off my purchase. Positive experience all around. Thanks.

I really enjoy going to Big Lots. Whether you are looking to buy or just window shopping, it is a fun store to go to. They have good household items at a fair price, and large furniture, too. There’s something for everyone at Big Lots!

I was at Big Lots today (4/13/23 at 3:05 PM) and the cashier was so nice and patient with my disabled uncle. I think they can be a little pricey at times, but I always take him there to shop because all of their employees are so kind and friendly.

Lady was very nice and gave great customer service.

A few of the cashier's I have met here are super nice and I loved chatting with them! I also love the quality of the stiff I've bought here! A few outdoor chair and electric outdoor lights! I did pay a high price for them but the quality is worth it! Bathrooms very clean and the variety of stuff here is awesome too!!!

Friendly workers who will do everything in their ability to help you. The furniture is particularly nice and reasonably priced. There's also season stuff that makes the store seem new every month. Also they have all of the stuff that you usually need. And coupons!

Staff is always friendly and definitely taking the necessary safety precautions to comply with the current COVID situation at the moment. My new addiction and fav place for house supplies like vacuums and stuff!

What a nice store! The inventory had definitely increased since the last time I was there. The young man who checked us out was super!!!! We will be back!

Wife works here and gets a small discount. I like the store. Lots of good buys on sleep stuff like pillows, sheets and mattresses too.

Big lots has really changed. Since being bought out by the furniture company, Broyhill. No more the cheap buy outs from other stores. If you want a good price on furniture check it out. You maybe surprised. Lazy boy and Broyhill. If you want cheap store buy outs go to Ollie's.

I really like Big Lots and appreciate it for what it is -- cheaper than big name stores. Houehold stuff, cleaning supplies, kids' party stuff are low cost.

More lower prices here, nice, clean store, needs more employees though.

Don't even recognize it. I haven't been in one in over 10 years and was pleasantly surprised by the store. Totally different shopping experience.

Well it is clean and good help but I could not fine the color of a dresser and nightstand but that was ok very very nice.. I will be back..

First of all some Yelper lied. This store is open and really a beautiful new store.
The employees are always friendly and very helpful. Can say nothing bad about this store!
