You gotta get credit where it's due. I had an unfortunate experience. This was from a previous visit. The lady I interacted with(GM) today was both friendly and eager to make sure I was taking care . To you and your crew, I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my stomach LO. LI shall return.

The food was great. We had to pull forward and wait a few minutes but it was worth it.

I get cold fries sometimes. I love the $5 meal deal. Best deal around

I came here to give this restaurant a bad review, but decided I was being petty and changed my mind. This was the third or fourth franchise location I went to trying to get a certain kids meal toy, and the first with a decal on the menu. I ordered the kids meal, but alas, not the right toy.

But the Pumpkin Spice Frosty made up for it. Pumpkin Spice can make anything better.

The food was hot and the French fry cups were filled full of delicious hot fries!
I'm an "on the side" kind of eater, and sometimes I know it can get confusing. The young man that took my order was patient and kind, and my order was right on point!!!

Wendy's is an easy top 5 for me. LOVE frosties and fries together ❤ The service was lacking this time but it was simply due to low staffing. The staff they did have though, great as usual.

I wanted to try the strawberry frosty and the "new" fries. I was not disappointed. I remember their fries were too salty before and a lil soggy, not no'mo. They are crispy and just the right amount of saltiness. The frosty was delish too, tho it didn't come out pink at the time. I thought they gave me a vanilla flavor and they informed me there was an issue with the coloring. But it still tasted like strawberries. I don't think it needed the color anyways It still tasted great.

The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate. My husband accidentally forgot to let the person taking our order that he was allergic to tomatoes and they remade the burger right away. It was great and the salads were awesome

This location has endured and is currently doing well. The staff is friendly and the food is prepared quickly. It is definitely up to the chains standards, Dave would be proud of this site.

Actual staff is awesome! However the the management in store would probably help with wait times during a rush if they assisted instead of watching from a back table and correcting staff on the floor in front of customers.

Tonight February 23 2021 my boyfriend went to Wendys east aide of Frankfort. It was a very long wait but our burgers were delicious. Best burger I have had there in a long time. Thank you to the cook on duty and thank you Nellie for getting our order correct.

Drive thru service here is excellent. Efficient and professional. Best drive thru in Scott County Ky at this time.

This Wendy's is excellent, always fresh food and hot. Sandwiches are well made and not thrown together like McDonalds slop burgers, plus they get your order right the 1st time. God job Wendy's of Frankfort Versailles Red.

Ran through drive-thru at LUNCH time. Expected it to take forever. Was surprisingly quick and the order taker was exceptionally pleasant. Dispite being swamped, the food was hot, fresh and delish. AND order was correct.

My son and I each had a bacon ator it was very good. I would recommend you try one. Make sure you are really hungry they're huge.

We have 2 Wendys in Frankfort. We stopped going to the one in west Frankfort because it was too cold and hard to get waited on. Today we tried east Frankfort and what a difference! Now we can eat at Wendys again just have to drive little further!

All of the staff treated my husband and I with amazing customer service and much compassion! My order was perfect and we received it promptly

Fast, Hot, n fresh even after getting home. Got the Crispy chicken and it was much more flavorful and bigger than others.

Wendy's is a burger joint that's a step above the others by being a place that has always offered healthy, holesome menu choices like baked potatoes, salads, and chili. The 184 location is a run down, close to 40 year old building. The lot is sinking, the sewage system needs replacing, the foundation is cracked, space is too tight for the consumer demands now being made. Employees are grossly under paid, underappreciated, and over worked. Those who stick around long enough to make a difference are stacked against unbeatable odds and an indifferent leadership.
