20230912 No KY Starbucks Been There Mugs 😩. They have reserve coffee!! The barista is very friendly. They just got their shipment and the place is filled woth boxes. Hope they have have some time to take care of these boxes. 😁 oh boy, I ordered green tea lemonade with 6 pumps of sugar cane... and got green tea with maybe 1 pump of sugar cane. The barista rung it up wrong. The barista who made the tea inferred to make me another one. I'm OK with this wrong drink. At least he was nice enough to offer. I think I need to start confirming my order. This is the 2nd time it happened on this road trip.

Stopped in for some cold drinks. They had a line at the drive through. It took a while to get our drinks. Some empty card board boxes were piled up in the dining room. They obviously were a little short handed.

I'm not generally a fan of the brand, but my 13f is that sort. Ugh. However, this store was quiet when we arrived, and every employee was not simply polite but kind/personable.
My girl got a pastry she'd never tried before and actually got another for the road. I believe there was a pesto on it, and she just went buck wild 🥰

This team in Frankfort is super impressive 👏 service is always prompt 👌 the employees work hard and quick to make sure the order is to your liking. I have never had an issue with inaccuracies or poor quality. Any time I asked for any adjustments, the barista's have been great at making my accommodations. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, so take a few seconds to say something nice or ask a question. 😇😇😇🫠😊😊😊🫡😎🥹✌🫵🤘☝🤟

They have always been me go to store! I’d drive out of the way to go to this one! The people are amazing and friendly! Always go out of their way to say hello to me! My coffee and food is always ready!!

On our way to a wrestling tournament, we stopped for coffee. This starbucks was quick, our drinks were HOT, and we even got an extra drink for free(they made an extra and it would have been tossed if we didn't take it). Staff was friendly too

Quick with great service! I do have a problem with people letting their kids come in because they are too lazy to get out of the car. I saw a kid go in & pick up a drink then take it back because his mom said it was the wrong one! I don't like people handling my drink!!!! That's unsanitary!!

Took my step great granddaughters for teen drinks and a latte. The staff were so friendly and service so fast. I hope the girls don't want me to take them everyday!!!

Starbucks is a great place to grab a quick cup of coffee and a breakfast item, like a sandwich or egg bites. They also have lunch items, such as sandwiches. I love their iced coffees and mochas, and their egg bites are so delicious.

This location is almost always fast and accurate. Tip: order in the app and pick up at the pick up locati9n in the store if you want to avoid any waits. It works for me every time!

Stands above the rest. Mary is one of the greats. Kemper and the staff are always friendly. There's a wonderful welcoming atmosphere here.

Who doesn't love coffee? I actually don't know anyone!! This restaurant is my treat and treasure!! It has everything...breakfast, lunch, dinner and lots of treats!!

Went inside to order and take-out because the drive-thru line had circled the building

Very noisy but able to order it was good and I don't think she gave me a discount when before I got one for being in the military

They are always so quick, especially in the morning when they're so so busy. My order is always ready when I walk in (I mobile order) and the baristas will point it out to me when I walk in. Super friendly staff

My go-to Starbucks. Makes my early days manageable. The staff are very nice, and are very accommodating. Never had an issue with an order and get in and out very quick even when the drive thru line is backed up.

My wife and I go here about once a week to twice a month and the customer service is always great. All of the employees are nice and mannerly. Every so often there may be a minor mistake but they are always willing to correct the issue at no additional cost. They have even been nice enough to correct a recent disaster made by the store on the East end of Frankfort at no cost and we were very grateful for that. Thank you west side Starbucks for delivering good food and drinks and always great customer service, it makes a difference.

I've decided to change my review. I gave a 1 star before years ago because I did get wrong orders quite a few times. But since then my orders have been 100% correct and delicious. I don't think I've had an incorrect order in years truthfully. Very very happy with the turn around they have done. Staff is incredibly amazing and friendly and they always repeat my order back to me. Will continue to come back. Highly recommend!

This is a really good Starbucks. My wife and I go at least once daily. We have been customers at this location for 15 years now. The staff are always friendly and, get your food & drink order correct. When you see a new staff member you already know they are going to be just fine because they have a long record of taking care of customers, hiring the right people and, taking care of you. This store has been well managed for a long time.

Dependable, quality product. Friendly, helpful staff. Was surprised to find out that they don't typically recycle all the corrugated cardboard they get deliveries in. They let me take as much as I could fit in my vehicle but it barely made a dent in the dozens of boxes they had.
