I placed a large order online and there was a mixup with the system. The food ended up being ready 4 hours early and wouldn’t be good anymore by the time I got it. Thank goodness for Kim and her team for eating the cost of the tacos and making me a new order later in the evening! Saved me a ton of money and a lot of hassle. Truly professional, and better service than you would expect from a fast food restaurant.

I don’t want to get sappy, and I don’t really want to get into specifics, but I needed kindness today. And of all places, I found it at this Taco Bell. Good food and good people can be found here.

Order crunch wrap for the first time, didn't like it. It was too spicy and made me sick to my stomach 🤢.

Friendly workers fast service and great food I love eating at this restaurant it's my favorite but there's always a long wait in ur food though the drive through

We ordered through the app and it got all sorts of messed up when made, not entirely the workers fault, the app did mess up something that was available early via the app.
We called the store and told them everything that messed up..they remade it all, were totally understanding and nice about the situation and they really made sure everything was correct..thhey piled on everything on too. We also got 2 coupons for free tacos as well.
They did amazing and we are super appreciative and extremely satisfied with this location.

My daughter and I stopped here a couple weeks ago for a quick evening snack. We sat in my car and ate. Service was great, they were all friendly in the drive through and the food hot and delicious! Thank you all for being outstanding.

Great food and service. Orders are very rarely wrong. Always fresh and tastes great. Orders are quick at drive through and speaker is easily understood except on very windy days of which you can pull to the window to order. Order board is always clean and easy to read. Clean bathrooms and dining area. This place gets a lot of traffic at times but wait times are rarely long.

I’ve been eating Taco Bell regularly since like 1994 and this location just made me the best hard taco I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. Consistently good service and tasty food.

I mean who doesn't like Taco Bell? I have three children, one who is picky and we are all able to find something we love here. We never have to wait in long lines, their service is quick and they rarely have anything missing in an order and quick to fix it if they do. My favorite menu item there is the chicken power bowl.

I’m not typically a fast food person but Taco Bell does vegetarian versions of their bowls and the store manager was so helpful when I couldn’t drive my RV through the drive through.

Kim, the Store Manager, and her staff run a great store. She needs a raise! Best I have seen that store, or any Taco Bell I have been in, for that matter.

Great employees who care about their job! They go above & beyond to make sure your order is accurate. Everyone is very nice and friendly too! Way to Go y’all!!

A great Taco Bell experience. I was talking to the person with me about how I was curious what is in the Nacho Fries, and an employee spoke up saying that he could help me. I clarified that I was curious about the ingredient, so he said he would bring out the boxes for both the fries and their seasoning so that I could read them. He also allowed me to take picture of the ingredients lists from the boxes. This was one of the best Taco Bell trips I've ever had, I hadn't been going there so much lately. This may have changed that.

Basic Taco Bell fare. Easy access to and from I-64 on Frankfort's east side. Oh, and RAPID drive-thru service.

I used the app to order my food they had everything correct and waiting for me when I got there and you could tell it was freshly made and friendly associates

Awesome service, I was passing through and had a truck/trailer that couldn’t fit in the drive through, a worker who was on their break took my order and ran it inside for me. Food was also one of the better Taco Bell’s.

Great friendly Service, when the freeze machine was broken they apologized and gave me a large drink in return (which is something that taco bell in my home town doesn't do). Fast Delivered food as well.
