I went to Frankfort Lowe's because Walmart nextdoor refused to assist me with the small fridge I was wanting so I went to Lowe's they were glad to assist me and I got what I wanted it was a little bit higher than Walmart but they were willing to assist me and it was worth the difference

Had a great experience at the Frankfort, Kentucky Lowes. Employees helpful and checkout fast.

May 2021, have to update from my last trip here and downgrade from 5-1 stars.... Came this time for black irrigation piping, they had zero attachments in stock, then the actual 4" tubing they had zero, no perforated and no solid tubing, get it together....

Great selection with friendly service and quick check out.... Tough to beat

People were really friendly and friendly dogs. Got a cage to drop a raccoon and it worked great

I was at Lowes needing a part for my sink, and I can say I'm not the brightess pea-in-the-pod.
A nice gentleman was helping another customer. After helping him, he came to me. I showed him what I needed, and he went right to it and handed it to me.
I thanked him, then went on to help someone else.
I have never been in Lowes , and they have gone out of their way to help me. Thank you Lowe's

I love going here. You can almost build an entire house, landscape the whole yard and plant fruits, vegetables, flowers with everything they have available. The prices are not astronomical but if you consider how much help they provide and assistance it is a good deal. Every time I meet someone that doesn't know my question directly, which is rare, they go get somebody that does.

Quality merchandise at reasonable prices. Today's homeowners need stores like Lowes. The vast majority of their employees are super knowledgeable and helpful.

Asian young man helped us so much with paint and stain for fence. We tried to tip him because he was so helpful, but he politely refused because he said that was his job and he couldn’t take any tip.

Typical. Perfectly organized. Clean. Easy in and out trips.

Always go here for plants and save your receipts anything happens to those plants for a year you can bring it back for a refund.

Very helpful staff! I am able to find what I am looking for anytime I go here. I highly encourage anyone to get the extended warranty on large appliances. As a mother of young children I can verify that they really come in handy, especially if the item(s) will be used daily. One thing I had never used until recently was paint matching. I brought them a sample from home of a color that I needed and they were able to mix the exact shade. This can be very helpful with needing colors beyond the basics for painting rooms or doing projects.

Assorted goods place - household items, building materials, home decors, etc. Very clean place, including bathrooms. Courteous staff, very helpful, and friendly. I'll definitely be going back to purchase door and window treatments after they come out to my house to take measurements.
