Hampton Inn Frankfort

Due to several random issues that had nothing to do with this hotel (work, weather, etc), I had to cancel at the extreme last minute. Ya'll did a great job making sure I was not billed and canceling my stay. I appreciate your dedication and help!

Great hotel, great service, breakfast is very good, maybe one of the best of all the Hampton Inn we stayed at. The hotel in under construction and the main entrance is closed, you have use the north side entrance to get to your room. Parking is a little tight. Great hot chocolate chip cookies every night!! Desk staff very nice and helpful, we will stay there again!

Always clean and in a good location. Comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff. Decent value. Small but decent sized meeting room, outdoor pool, gym, business center. They offer a very nice Breakfast with lots of options and coffee bar. Location is close to lots of interesting attractions (KY Horse Park, several Distilleries, local Sculpture Park, centeral to Louisville & Lexington. Plenty of parking easy to access the highway. Shopping and restaurants close by.

Nicely price hotel in Frankfort, clean, and great breakfast. Check in was a breeze and so was check out, I love when everything works smoothly when traveling. I would definitely stay here again. One suggestion if you like coffee and creamer get to breakfast early because if they run out, they don’t replace the flavored creamer.

I had a very long, stressful day. I was beyond exhausted. The two girls at the front desk that checked me were amazing!! We talked and laughed. Just talking to them for the few minutes to check in helped me calm down. Sometimes all it takes is a smile and small talk. When I got to my room I cried I was so happy! It was so clean and accommodating (microwave, refrigerator, a huge TV with cable, free Wi-Fi, plenty of towels, comfy bed and pillows, an iron, dirty laundry bag, good breakfast). And the best part? It was so quiet!!! I haven’t slept that well in a long time! The last hotel I stayed at was only about $20 cheaper and it didn’t have half of these things! I will definitely start staying at Hampton Inns more often!! Thank you!!! Keep up the great work!

It's a clean hotel and the staff is always nice. Hot breakfast and a decent pool.

Easy check in, the Hilton app makes it great! Check in went smooth, the room was very clean, shower was nice and hot. Check out was easy. Will definitely stay again if I find myself in the area.

Clean and Comfortable!
The included breakfast was great, and included a little waffle iron to make our own mini waffles.
The service was excellent! The cable box wasn't working, and the staff went out of their way to find and install a new one right away.
I will definitely choose this hotel any time I'm visiting Frankfort.

Nice clean rooms and very courteous staff!

This was a very nice hotel with great service. They do have a pool that closes at 10 pm. They have a gazebo out back for the smokers, so they can smoke even when it's raining. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and orderly. They have bigger TV's than the usual hotel I have went to. The location is great. Easy to get to. I have zero complaints.

Great place to stay! Had issues down the road, called the Hampton, and I swear they gave us a discount even though they said they didn't. Breakfast staff was amazing. The lady was chatty to make us feel welcomed. Great stay overall. Only downfall I would say is they only had double beds rather than queen beds, which is very minor.

Perfect stay. Very nice hotel, good location. Plenty of popular restaurants nearby. Online booking was simple. Check in was a breeze. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

Nice hotel in its niche and price range, good price/service/value ratio. The staff is very helpful and hospitable, was a pleasure to stay there third time.

The breakfast was amazing and such nice people..

Arriving early afternoon 6/30 after traveling 500+ miles we were welcomed by a friendly staff (sincerely) Jennifer finishing her day and Stephanie starting her shift. I cannot tell you how drawn I was to the peace that Jennifer carried which gave her a beauty that isn't achieved by makeup or wardrobe. I cannot thank Hilton enough for such a short peaceful stay. As we have traveled 1.4k+ miles we stayed at less desirable places to save a few bucks. It was not restful, we were very cautious as we moved about in our room; touching little as possible due to the conditions of the room. The staff appearances were questionable. Never again will we make such an decision. We may have saved ourselves a few dollars but cost us a restless night.

This Hilton is very clean, staff very professional yet sincerely friendly. We will definitely come back when we are in the area. Thank you Hilton! God bless.

Overall, our experience was good. Employees friendly, Breakfast delicious, and Room spacious. The workout room was well equipped and the pool was open. We were disappointed to find out they had no guest laundry facilities. Also, we would have appreciated 4 towels in the room since we had four people staying in the room. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean property. Friendly staff. Shirley and Linda did an excellent job with the breakfast. These ladies take pride in their work and it shows!
Best hotel breakfast ever!

From the greeting at the front desk, through a three night stay all the way until check out, we were treated as valued guests. Our rooms were spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was a great experience!

Great place to stay on your bourbon tour. If you love Buffalo Trace like me this is the best place to stay so you can get there early and get the good bourbon options.
The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is increadibly friendly and there are lots of food and grocery options within a mile. Would definitely recommend!!!

The staff were very friendly, clean rooms and massaging shower.. The breakfast was fabulous. We will definitely stay here again.
