We are so happy that T-mobile have store here in Thurmont. They are very friendly and welcoming employees working in this store. I went there today to change my son smart watch battery and they helped quickly. Best customer service. Keep the good work!

When I arrived Eric devoted all his energy to help me purchased a iphone 15 with transfering service from xfinifty, he was very helpful in explaining the packages, and options . convert my iphone 11 to 15 with dozens of passwords, he worked with me. he was concerned for me health, since I am wheelchair bound. wonderful, kind, patient, and caring man. I going back for iwatch, and ipad, because he is trustworthy, and respectfull!!!! Eric you ROCK, thank you.

Customer service is beyond what I expected. The team here greets you even if they are helping someone else. They also have experience that shows in their interactions. The representative “Jesus” was very helpful in getting us setup for Home Internet and showed us how to access other benefits for being a T-Mobile customer.

Everyone working there is very good at their jobs and go above and beyond for the customer. They stayed well past closing time to get our phones operational on a Friday night. I live near two t-mobile stores but will continue to drive thirty minutes to the Thurmont store just for the service. I was with AT&T, but their signal strength changed for the worst, causing the change in carrier. Was the best thing we have done in a long time. T mobile is far superior to the other providers. Jam, you are the best. Thanks for all your help!!!

Mario is disrespectful, Rude and has little to no customer service skills. After just one conversation with him, I canceled my Sprint-T-Mobile plan and went down the street and opened a new line with Verizon.
