Dunkin'

Clean Dunkin Donuts shop with a super friendly staff. Store was very busy. The staff worked quickly and efficiently waiting all everybody with a smile. Our coffees were hot , fresh and made as ordered.

Store can be a little tricky to get in and out of due to the other shops near it and so many people using the drive- thru.

We always have a great experience at this Dunkin’! Great service and the manager Katie Carter goes above and beyond for customers!

Worked with Angelica and she was totally awesome! Fantastic service, extremely helpful patient and friendly. An absolute stellar addition to the atmosphere at this Dunkin location. Do whatever it takes to keep her, but she definitely has a bright future ahead!

The morning weekday crew is super efficient and friendly. It doesn't matter if it's a long line. They will get you out of there in a zap. The teens working do a wonderful job. It's hard to stay nice when customers can be so rude! My only complaint is they always seem to be out of something and their truck deliveries don't always bring what they need.

Outstanding place. The best of the entire State of Maryland. It doesn't matter the time I come in. Either very early or late, the entire staff is very professional and they make us to fill at home.

The young people working there today were next level happy! Very pleasant and having a good time doing their jobs. And the donuts and hot chocolate were great as well!

Excellent fast friendly service. The manager Marcie and the employee Keith always goes out of the way to insure customers are overly satisfied. Every time i go there everything is always exactly how i want it. The store is always very clean. The food and drinks are always fresh. Thanks for the great service and smiling faces everyday it always makes my day.

I have never been to this Dunkin until today. I will be returning.
They had great team work going on. The boys would yell over and ask about drink order so it all ran smooth. They knocked out all orders quickly inside and in drive thru.
But this didn’t even make my experience. The manager on shift (today, 10/17/21 @ 12:00) came out and really helped everyone get things situated. THEN!
Said “is everyone hungry? Who wants pizza?”
I was the only person in the building, I doubt they knew I was there.. so this wasn’t a show! That my friends is good management. This team was working hard for her, so she showed her appreciation! I absolutely love it. I will return for that reason alone! Take care of your staff, they take care of your business! ❤ Thank you to this Dunkin!

Always good coffee, donuts are fresh and they have a great selection of breakfast food too.

Thurmont and monocacy Blvd in frederick make my coffee taste same everyday and everyday it is perfect. Thank you for Best caramel craze latte that I actually taste my coffee and it's perfect

Never got a chance to say thank you but the person in front of me paid for my order it was only for 2 donuts and that was the first time ever anyone had paid for my order but that was super nice and the cashier wad super nice also this is why I love dunkin ♥♥♥

Alex was great at register he had a cute smile and nice eyes. Keith always looks like he has a great time. Lastily Emily is just one ball of happy energy.

I travel from Gettysburg to go here. Their tea is .99 cents for any size!! Very clean, everything is always fresh and the staff are always friendly!! Would love the owner to open one up in Gettysburg!!!!
