Ace Hardware

I am always greeted at the door and asked what I was coming in for and how they can help. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. We have received old fashion common sense customer service on more than one occasion, which is rare in this greed policy era. This location is a gem. There is no need to go to any other hardware store. If you don’t see something in the store, they will order it for you at a better price than the competitors, such as a zero turn riding mower.

We love shopping at this place when we need to. The young men that work there are very kind respectful considerate makes your shopping experience pleasant Thanks

The staff will take you to where in the store to whatever you are looking for, not just point and say, in the back
The employees always will go back and pick up the large bags of wild bird feed I purchase, and walk them to my car and put them in
This is so appreciated, for I have a bad back, I'm not supposed to pick up au Over 5 lbs
If they don't sell what I need, they will order it for me and it will be at my Ace within a week, depending on what day I order
We live in a small town and there are 2 hardware stores, the other one does not carry all that My Ace Hardware does, and if they do, their prices are much higher, I love our Ace Hardware, and have got to know the manager and employees, who are all so kind, and knowledgeable
I have never in 16 years had a bad experience at My Ace Hardware

When I need a quick trip locally for a home project, or if I need some obscure piece of hardware, access is the place to go. Friendly staff will direct you within minutes to what you need. You don't get this kind of service at the big box stores!

Family owned and have always had the best customer service that I could get anywhere. It's nice to go in where the staff is knowledgeable about what they're selling.

Small helpful hardware store. Saves time not having to drive into Frederick Maryland.

They stock a wide range of items. However they don't carry everything that you'll need.

You may have to go to a big box store in Frederick to find what you want.

However, you should stop here first and look.

If they don't have the items you need ask.

They are very helpful and may be able to order the things that you want if you aren't in a emergency situation.

Locally owned and run, this Ace has first-rate customer service, and they almost always have the tools or products I am looking for. Their seasonal products are well-kept. I would highly recommend this hardware store.

This has the best staff of any hardware store I've been too. This has been the case for many years. They always have a young helpful staff and I for one aporieciate it. Don't let the size fool you. They have almost everything.

Saved me from a Lowes trip one day I needed paint. Employees helpful and went out of their way to help me find the exact type of paint I needed. I was in and out of the store in less than ten minutes.

Amazing customer service. Every time I have a project the boys in there know exactly what I’m doing. The person who fixes screens does an amazing job. Definitely recommend going to ace for screen repair.
